Be aware of your ticket!! We went on 7/23/21 at night on a Friday. We order 5 meals and 3 drinks no refills in total $85 and some change. We also order 5 modelos it came out to $30. Our bill came out to $140. So if I didn't carefully look at the tab we were being charged $17 for taxes and $18.95 for tip. My boyfriend ask them why they where charging so much taxes and the tip. The cashiers was I can remove it if you like but the waitresses has their charge for how many people on a table the serve. Then he said what about the taxes she stated again I can remove that if you like. While he was paying another family where having the same issue where they where being charge $19 for service. Where do I start! Had two party's on Father's day and both waitresses were rude and unprofessional! If you don't speak Spanish they will take your order down incorrectly and get mad when you tell them that is not what you ordered. They do not give you silverware and forget to come back to ask if everything is okay and forget to refill the drinks. Two people from our group found hairs in their food. They forgot two plates. They automatically charge a 25% tip and if you use a cc to pay they charge an Additional fee of 10%. It's not family friendly! Now I remember why we stop coming to this place a few years back! The food is always really good I've never had any issues I always try something new along with something that I may have already had. Drinks are good and service is good. Be prepared to speak a little Spanglish because you're not going to get too many of the servers that speak fluent English. Some of the younger girls do. Either way there's always a manager that's English speaking. I can say that I went the other day and it was raining pretty bad and out of being there many times over many years I've never seen any bugs but I did see a water bug and that was probably because we were close to the door but they could have deep fried that thing and I probably still would have ate it cuz their food is so good lol.
