If you need your jewelry repaired, Rukus will screw you over. I took them my great grandmas diamond ring that had a diamond missing for over 50 years. I had them repair it because they're right up the street. They charged me $100. Two days later, the diamond falls out. I took it back to them and they claimed it wasn't the same diamond, and that it will be another 100 for them to fix it again. The owner/manager was very rude and unsympathetic. He even accused me of taking out the diamond. He spoke to me like I was a lowlife and not a paying customer. Save yourself time and money. This place will screw you over.

You're insinuating that it was MY fault that the diamond fell out two days after your guy supposedly fixed it. You refuse to accept the notion that it could be your fault the diamond fell out. You guys aren't even a certified jewelry repair establishment. You outsource that responsibility to some third party. Only God knows who you have fixing jewelry. You're showing yourself to be unsympathetic, unreasonable and patronizing. And I'm only beginning to shine light on your little crooked...
