Dec. 4, 2016 @ 3:25pm-- This place has the worst customer service. (The lady at the cash register says she's the manager and is the rudest person there.) I ordered Caldo De Rez as soon as I tried it, it was "awful". I ask the waitress to take it bk and I ordered tacos instead. Well they came bk with the Caldo in a to go container saying I had to pay for it no matter if it wasn't good. I told them no if I didn't eat it I wasn't paying for it. I went to pay and the manager said I had to pay for it and "she didn't care what I thought of it" to her it's good. I told her as a customer I was entitled to a opinion. She said no that if I didn't like it go home and make it and don't return to order it from them. Well after her keeping on with numerous rude comments. She then said ok just this time i won't make u pay for it. But next time don't order it and just stay home and make your own Caldo. Still so rude. She caught me on a good day, so I just laughed and said I cannot believe you speak to your customers this way. I stated thank you I will not be returning then left. I was with my daughter's and I will not return insults to a woman that is so...
Read moreThe restaurant specializes in traditional Mexican cuisine and offers a wide range of dishes to choose from.
One dish that I particularly enjoyed was the birria, which was served with corn tortillas. The combination of tender meat and flavorful spices made for a truly authentic and delicious experience. Another must-try dish is the molcajete Tapatio, which was packed with flavor and served in a sizzling stone bowl.
In addition to the food, the restaurant also offers a variety of refreshing aguas including Horchata, Tamarindo, and Jamaica. I really liked all the foods that I tasted and would recommend trying them all.
Finally, I highly recommend saving room for dessert as their churros are simply delicious. The crispy exterior and soft, fluffy interior were a perfect end to the meal.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food in the area. The birria and molcajete Tapatio are must-try dishes, and the aguas and churros are also fantastic. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for some authentic...
