Fito's Tacos De Trompo — Restaurant in Dallas

Had a few issues the times I’ve been there. I ordered 2 gringas and a lemonade. When it hit my bank account I was charged $20. Ignored it. Took my husband today he had 3 tacos with a salsa. They decided without asking or telling to not put it on his food.... doesn’t taste good on the side. Needs to be made with it. Not the issue.... because they put his salsa on the side which is already part of his food they charged $7+ just for that. Even tho the takeout fee is included. We went back explaining it won’t taste good and that there is no justification to charge a total of $15 for his included salsa to be on the side. I get it. We're from out of town. We're visiting your town and staying in your neighborhood. We walk into your eatery. We don't speak Spanish. This made ordering very difficult as none of the menu was in English and no one in the establishment either knew how or wanted to speak English. Made no effort to try. Didn't seem to care if we had walked out. This was a common occurrence during our 5 week stay in Dallas. Thankfully I know enough words to feed myself and the crew. The cashier is far from professional. She took my order wrong and when I asked if my order could be fixed (change tortillas) it obviously was too complicated to fix. She blamed me for ordering wrong. She had to get assistance from someone else to see if my order could be fixed, which resulted in me having to pay for an additional order. Even when i was willing to pay for this new order because i refuse to lower my standards and argue over tortillas she continued to be unprofessional and argue. My overall experience here was very poor because of the service provided by the cashier. I must add that she over charged me for the second order but it’s useless to argue with close minded,...
