Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Dallas

I hate to do this because I like long johns but my experience was horrible.. 1st red flag was the young lady had her back towards the door leaning on the counter and was talking to someone on the phone about not wanting to be there that day. After she got off the phone I ordered. 2nd red flag loud music blasting over me so they couldn't hear the order. 3rd red flag bad vibe, not a clean environment they kept saying to each other (the cook and the cashier) they gonna have to wait we out of this we out of that.. I ordered Pretty simple 12 piece family 9chicken 3 fish corn fries hush puppies. Hush puppies hard as rocks literally could bang them on my counter and they wouldn't break, chicken coming out of its skin like literally one bite and it was out of there. The fish was soaked in its own grease we couldn't even get through the first couple bites sad to say that was 48.? Dollars and some change wasted we tossed everything out that night because no one at the house wanted it. Couple hours passed my son feels sick husband feels sick I have a knot in my belly. Never again will I be back to long johns on 67and Polk. Ordered take out. Very poor restaurant management needs to reevaluate...

There was a sign outside the door that said $6 fish basket. We walked in, and they told us that was only online. It was $10+ in person, and we saw nothing that said only online. But ok, we went ahead and sat down and ordered online. I ordered 3 fish baskets. Different sides. Online, it said ready in 10. Cool. Ok, we waited. At about 3 minutes after, I walked up and waited for help. Asked about my order, and she said. "It's not ready," I said, but it says ready online. Got the eye roll and "it's not ready, we will call you when it's ready." OK, I guess I'll wait. Sat down and in less than 2 minutes they called my order. She bagged it for me and started tapping it closed. Didn't ask if I wanted anything ketchup, sauces nothing. Just started closing it, so I tried to quickly jump in and say I need Ketchup and tarter sauce. I got the deep sigh and 2 tarter and 4 ketchup for 3 baskets. Smh. Only to get home and not have 2 of...

This place is going or should I saw gone down. I wanted to try the new lobster bites but there was no price, and the cashier couldn't tell me what the price was without ringing it up. "I'd ring it up but I would have to void it and it would mess up my register". Like I gave a dam🙄needless to say I had to get the platter which included 2 pcs of fish and the lobster tails. We already had the family pack. We asked for tarter sauce and was told they didn't have any. I was embarrassed for the cashier she seemed untrained. Couldn't answer questions regarding the menu. When you hire these kids train them to say yes, no and not uhhh, huh, and stop scratching at the window! 🤣 Got home and it's not what I remembered. I've NEVER had bad fish here! It was mildly warm, tough, hard and not the pretty golden fresh fish I would normally get. You guys are going down! Won't be back to...
