I had the most incredible experience at Long John Silver's on Friday evening! I was eagerly waiting for them to open, and let me tell you, my expectations were not only met but exceeded in every way! The customer service was truly exceptional ,the cashier a friendly and respectful Hispanic young man,what truly impressed me was his fluency in both English and Spanish, which made a huge difference for my Spanish speaking parents. He patiently helped them navigate the menu, answered all their questions, and made them feel so comfortable and included. I was thoroughly impressed by his language skills and his kindness. I sincerely hope that Long John Silver's recognizes the value of having bilingual staff and hires more team members who can cater to diverse customers.
Now, onto the food oh my goodness, it was absolute perfection.The waffle fries were crispy, flavorful, and utterly addictive. And the fish were cooked to a golden brown, slightly greasy but in a good way and simply mouthwatering. The portions were generous, and the presentation was appealing. The dining room was spotless, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our family feel right at home.

Dining room is a lot smaller than before but love the update. There’s tables, a few booths and even a large high top table with about 10 seats. There isn’t much room for a line to form at the counter top as there isn’t much from the order counter and the tables up front.
The food: They have switched to waffle fries and they’re HORRIBLE! Nothing like Chick-fil-A waffle fries. Way too crispy and some were kind of chewy. Weird. I have a full set of teeth and I had trouble eating them. My grandmother sure couldn’t eat ‘em. She was very dissatisfied.

We couldn’t see the menu through the drive thru, the screens were blacked out and barely visible. I should’ve went inside but didn’t. Angelica sounded bothered the moment she took my order. She didn’t give me my total, I had to ask for it at the window. She got attitude when I asked for it and I could barely hear her. She didn’t greet us nor say “thank you”, and immediately got back on her phone after handing me our order. One of the cheesecakes I got looked like it was tampered with (see pictures), I’ll be contacting corporate because ordering food worth $45 shouldnt have to be this way.
