McDonald’s — Restaurant in Dallas

I watched this place being built because I worked (meaning I don’t work there anymore) in that smoothie king right next to it, so I have seen how slow they are before I was even in the door. I’m not sure what kind of concept they are bringing inside but it’s odd to me. It’s all self service meaning you walk in and there is 2 or 3 screens and you pay with card or the McDonald’s app but if you to pay with cash you go to the front I think. I’m not sure but I had to do that but idk if that’s because I did something wrong… not really used to taking me own order and not having a clear cut around to place my cash. And then it’s like no one really knows how to use their own pos system. I had to have 2 people take my order and I’m looking at the screen and idk it looks pretty straight forward to me, she aka the manger couldn’t put my rewards number in that was highly irritating because I just got off of work at the time it was the first real week of being hot with no rain that week. But moving on from that. They are very slow in the drive thru and in the dining. Maybe because I expected this place to be new they would be more… up to speed. Like weren’t some of y'all transferred or some of y'all have fast food experience? That just through me off. But again I don’t know what the concept is inside or more like in person… but after those interactions I just do pick up or delivery I think they prioritize that anyways hints why the security is there. But yeah I won’t dine in or go thru drive thru unless I already have an order I placed.. 15-20 minutes...

Para poder recibir un refills de soda , tienes que esperar que el que esta en el mostrador termine de realizar ordenes.. y esperar que te de el turno que te de una bebida. Ya que no tienen el el local maquina de soda.. en nuestra comida tuve que levantarme varias veces. Porque ni servilleta te dan. Tienes que ir a pedir... no para pedir una salsa tienes que esperar. Que se desocupe el señor que atiende en caja para poderte dar.. el señor que esta en caja. Hace de cajero, te lleva la comida, el mismo es el que tienes que pedir salsa.. Esta manipulando el dinero y trayendo la comida. Otras 2 muchachas están ahi. Solo con una escoba.. no se que tanto limpian.. Le pides una ayuda . Que si te pueden dar un refills de soda. Ya que no cuentan con una maquina d. Y la respuesta fue . No, que tienes que pedir en caja un refills.. primera y última vez en ir... ese lugar no tardará en cerrar pronto con el pésimo servicio y administración...

No option to change biscuits for muffins This lead to me asking for help Maria put the order in and I did not get my coffee or pancakes

Then she nicely said there was no option to for the pancakes on her POS

This lead to a large amount of time wasted

If you are trying to encourage drive through rather than dining in you are doing a terrible job

No air conditioning brings the atmosphere down to a 2 star specially because it’s summer and I want to be able to trust you and not be late for work

Then the quality of the food was very synthetic and extra salty

I had to pay twice and when I saw the time I left so you keep those pancakes I got...
