Went through the drive thru, guy was rude and was rushing me. Wouldn't listen to me with a change in the sandwich, told me he got it, but it wasn't on the screen until I said something at the end. Because of him not listening to me, took a long time just at the microphone, two cars went ahead of me. Then at the window, the guy looked like he was talking to his screen, so I thought he was taking an order. Then he gave me a look like I ruined his day. So I said excuse me. You would've thought I was the one that pissed in his Wheaties with the look he gave me. Then he started talking to the screen again with his head behind the window. I said you're talking to the screen I can't hear you. That's when he got pissed and you could tell by the look on his face and yelled at me "MAAANNN!" Then yelled into the store, "MAN SOMEONE GOTTA GET HIM I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS " . What looked like the manager came to the window and she didn't look happy and she acted like she could care less about me, which is kinda true since they get so many orders a day, what's one order, right? I explained to her that the guy through the microphone was rude, she said that guy's up front it wasn't this guy at the window, like defending him against me and validating why her employee is allowed to treat customers like that and act like that at the window. I then explained to her that I couldn't hear this guy because his head is behind the window and he was speaking to the screen. Again she said that guy that took your order is up front and every order has to be read back to make sure they get it right. I said I understand but he wasn't talking to me, his head was behind the glass and he was talking to his screen so I couldn't hear him, he was standing up and leaning a little away talking at the screen so I thought he was taking another order so I waited. She looked at me like she wanted to come through the window at me so I left saying I'll go to another one because I don't want you all spitting in my food. The way this crew was acting, I am whole heartedly convinced they would've...
Read moreThis place is listed on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and on the sign on their restaurant door as having a 24 hour drive-thru. It is not 24 hours. Once the drive-thru is closed, there is no signage to communicate that they are now closed, leaving customers waiting at the speaker until they finally realize no one is going to take their order. Some customers wait quite a while because, when they are open, sometimes it takes a while before anyone talks on the speaker.
Tonight, I pulled up to the second drive-thru lane after reading the sign which says, “Any lane any time.” After the drive-thru attendant took three orders in a row in the first lane skipping over me (and waiting 25 minutes in total), I asked if the second lane was open and got no response. I drove around to the window to ask the lady if the second lane was open, but when I got there, the window was shut, and the lady shook her head “no” at me. I parked and watched to see if other people were getting food through the window to see if her shaking her head “no” meant that they were closed. Car after car waited in line, drove up to the window, and drove off with no food. I was at the speaker when they closed and no one said over the speaker that they were now closed, and I could hear the speaker...
Read moreWorst McDonald experience ever. Every time I have been has been bad, but this last time really did me in. I drove up to the first drive thru line and was asked to wait... No biggie. Some time passed. I put my car in park. More time passed and I turned my car off. Another car came by and went in the second drive thru lane, immediately ordered and went around to pay. A minute or so later, another car did the same. TWICE I was skipped for service. I finally got a little rude and they served me. I ordered a value nugget, fry and a water. They forgot my water, So I had to remind them, and they did not ask me about a sauce for my nuggets. The food wasn't hot or fresh, but not cold or stale, I'd give it 3 stars. Just mediocre. But I. Am. Never. Going. Back. Compared to the McDonald's just a few extra miles down Royal off Preston where I have always had EXCELLENT service, this place wreaks. It's worth the extra few minute's drive to be valued as a customer and not be made to wait while others are served. And the food has always been better too. So if anyone else is looking to go to McDonald's, this one may be more "convenient" given its location, but don't buy into it. Chances are you could go down to Preston, order, and be back on 75 by the time you'd get...
