Probably an outlier to the favorability of this chain, but def did not enjoy any of the drinks I got from this place. Granted, my sweetness tolerance is weirder/lower than most people, but even my friends who tried my 30% drinks thought it was still sweet. So, I can’t even imagine what it would taste like at 100% for any of their drinks. Moreover, their boba wasn’t that good as there was a slight stiffness to the boba that worsened if the drink stayed out long. Wouldn’t recommend this chain to anyone who doesn’t enjoy sweet drinks. This Gong Cha location is great! The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and it's a great place to catch up with friends, chat, or even study. I got a strawberry matcha latte and it was the perfect blend of earthy, tart, and sweet. My friend and I enjoyed the ambiance, lighting, and floral wall, and the baristas were all super nice and inviting - as soon as you walk in they wave hi! And they were knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks were perfect and came out fast. Overall, amazing service and great, inviting location. Definitely add this as a must-visit to your boba shop list!

The guy who works here is a professional and an artist! the boba is fresh, prices are great, and the flavor profile is perfection 👌 You can scale the sweetness, which I really appreciate (I got the no additional sugar and it was still lightly sweet and perfect for my taste). The milk foam in the picture of the drink above was a bit salty, which surprised me at first but it was SO GOOD with the other flavors in the drink. My new favorite boba spot!

I got the strawberry matcha latte because of how pretty it looked in the poster. Unfortunately it tasted like thick foamy cream with barely any matcha and just a spoonful of crushed strawberries on the bottom. It looked nothing like the poster which showed half of it bright green matcha and half pink from the strawberry. Mine was pretty much white with a touch a green and just the bottom covered in like half a strawberry. If you like drinking plain milk, then go for it. Taste was forgettable and not worth $7 with tax and all. My friend got the lychee tea which wasn’t clear that it didn’t come with milk, it just tasted like just a simple juice full of ice. again not worth $7. Nothing much to compliment or complain about service...

I don't know what happened to this place but it's definitely gone downhill. I asked for three different drinks and the attendant stated they couldn't make the drinks. I don't understand when I've been there on several occasions and asked for the same drinks. Also, two of the drinks were on the menu. I requested a smoothie and why was there chunks of ice in the drink? I also had a coupon for buy one drink and get one free and she stated they couldn't give me a free drink when I clearly had a coupon. Not worth my money anymore. This truly bothered me to a point where I'm never going back. There's many other options. Fruitealicious has much better drinks and options and...

Absolutely love and adore this location!! I’ve been to almost all of them in Dallas but this one stands out on top! The staff are so nice and accommodating since I like to customize my tea but they’re so nice every time. The tea itself is brewed to perfection and has a wonderful aftertaste while being fresh. I’ve never had old or bad chewy pearls from here either so you’re always guaranteed fresh pearls and tea from here! They give a good amount too when you ask for pearls. I don’t even bother risking my bubble tea budget anywhere else I always come here when I’m craving one. Even if I lived an hour away or 2 hours I’ll still drive...
