I rate this location a one star because during a post :-mates trip I was told that if I did not show my phone I would not be able to pick up the order and I find that to be interesting knowing that the instructions are for us to ask for the order and retrieve it by name and or number I found it very odd and suspicious and thought that it was inappropriate for them to ask me for my phone my phone is the iPhone 11 promax it is very expensive and I would not give my phone to no one and it is not fair for me to have to hand it over or turn it around and show it to anyone to pick up a Order.

What’s really funny is I gave the order number and name at the speaker box, I said, “hi I am here for a Postmates to pick up order for Shane number 157,” The person on the speaker box told me to pull to the window I pulled to the window and she asked to see my phone I said see my phone I said ma’am I’m here for Postmates to pick up the order for Shane number 157 she said OK but I have to see your phone in order for you to pick up the order I said no ma’am I’m not giving you my phone I don’t get my phone to nobody she went and got her manager I told her manager the same thing, I have food handlers card and manager certification, about to get a permit because the application says nothing about showing my phone for verification that is very petty and I do not appreciate her trying to, “put me in check,” I just found it interesting to know they were asking me to see my phone they have never done that there are “ and

she had an attitude was VERY intimidating was acting like she wanted to fight or something I find it very rude and very odd that she would even be intimidating I was just looking at her like ma’am first of all I’m a guy secondly do I need to call the police because I don’t even feel safe at work no more. She was bucking her head.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but, my order was made at the DRIVE IN mic then Re asked at the window as if i didn’t tell the guy that took my order (of whom repeated my whole order over the DRIVE IN mic).

They have what looks like a whole family working here, and they were playing around a lot…trying to trip one another and giggly (NOT FUNNY AND NOT PROFESSIONAL) and dangerous

After repeating my order 4 times they did NOT get it right …..meaning i had to order additional items that i had originally requested..

It took one person to cook my order …pass it to one of the ladies with her back towards me🧿🪬 Then to another lady to close the box… I don’t trust that at ALL!

LASTLY I HAD TO PARK AND WAIT AND NOTICED THAT ITEMS THAT I ASKED FOR WERE NOT IN MY BOX…(Oh yeah.. I had to ask for a bag to put my food into, they didn’t even give my food to me in a bag they gave it to me with a 1/2 open box of hot food, )

WITH MISSING ITEMS I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR AND WALK IN …that totally defeated up my whole purpose for going through the drive through experience in the first place!

I won’t be coming back here …and i don’t think anyone else should either…

And…NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED…..Very VERY...

After 2 attempts through the drive-through and over 30 minutes of waiting (the line emptied behind me twice cause I was asked to park [-1 star]) they finally got my order right but tried to double charge me to fix their mistake instead of just charging me the difference which I offered to pay (less than $1) or them just fixing it and giving me the missing pieces they wanted to charge me for each piece individually (another $8 +tax) and I had already paid $9 +tax (-1 star) then to top it off they only gave me 3 tiny cups of gravy which was disappointing because I asked for mashed potatoes (to put in my roll with my chicken if you know you know [-1 star]), Recieved no apologies for the long delay or their mistake from the employees or management either (-1 star) but other than that the food and tea were fresh (+1 star) so atleast theres that which is the only reason I didnt give 1 star) ... I was only passing through this part of town and won't be back to this location again but I would recommend you check your reciepts other than that there were no issues...
