I placed a mobile order for breakfast before they quit serving breakfast. The app still let me order, and gave me my code. I waited about 10 minutes, then left to get my order. Because this is not my first time ordering mobile orders from there, and they never have it ready and ask you to park and wait if you leave immediately. So since I know this, today, I waited to leave to give them time to make my order!!!! When I got there, the lady told me they were no longer serving breakfast and could not make my order. Well, I looked at the time and it was 5 minutes after they quit serving breakfast. I asked her what do I do now, she said well, eventually your order will cancel, and you will get your money back in 5-7 days!!!! Ridiculous. I left hungry and unhappy. This will definitely keep me from ordering anything from them in the future. I would have given zero stars but that isn't an option. I don't like how they didn't even offer an alternative, for example, can I get you some lunch items that equal up to what you spent? Or is there anything I can do to make this right? They weren't even apologetic. It is so sad these days, these workers must be so unhappy with their jobs when they can't even have the common decency to say, " I'm sorry for the confusion, or I am sorry the app doesn't tell you if you arrive after breakfast, they will not make your order!!! He ask was that all, told I need Dr pepper no ice and Also needed to extra sausage patties. Then ask is that big breakfast with or without hot cakes. I told him again no hot cakes. I then paid, never got a receipt. So I waited, some time goes by, The manager sets a bag of food on the counter, calls a number, remember I didn't get a receipt or number. But I figure its my order. Time goes by sitting on the counter. Manager back and forth calling out a number. I'm not picking up cause we told the for here. Finally the young man looks at the bag and asks me you had the 2 big breakfasts I said yes. He says thus is yours. I said nope not mine, I said for here. Now this order has been sitting here getting cold. I tell him we told him for here. Then proceeds to start arguing with me. I finally ask for the manager. The burger looked as small as a regular cheeseburger and looked like it was just thrown together. The cheese, pickles, onions, mustard and ketchup was on one side of the burger. You could take a bite and miss them all. This morning was the second time. I ordered a #2, sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal with a small coffee. I went to pay and the employee repeated my order and I said that was wrong. He charged me for the correct order and when I went to the next window to get my meal it was the wrong order the other employee was trying to charge me. I didn’t realize this until I got to my work destination. I reached in the bag and pulled out a chicken McGriddle. Boy was I disappointed and I knew better, should’ve checked my order.
