If you're looking for a truly ghetto experience in fast-food dining, please come to this restaurant. I just left this place and had some of the worst customer service I've ever had, ever! I walk in the door that looked more like the entrance to a pool hall than a Mc Donalds, complete with trash at the entrance and in desperate need of a paint job. I make my way to the front counter and wait. Three workers walked right past me without giving me as much as a nod, much less saying we'll be right with you. One woman stood right in front of me and handed ketchup to the people behind me and never once acknowledged my existence. I was beginning to think I was invisible today. Finally, the one girl that actually appeared to be working took my order of 2 items and I got out of the way. The guy behind me orders with his daughter. A minute later, they get their order while I'm still waiting for my McNuggets and fries. I thought that was odd because it appeared that we had similar orders, but I didn't press the issue. Finally, my order comes with a bag of fries that's half full. At this point, I just wanted to cut my loses and leave, but this girl neglected to put my barbeque sauce in the bag for my nuggets. I asked another girl behind the counter to hand me some sauce. Her words were "we don't have any barbecue sauce." as if they never had it, knowing that I always get barbeque sauce at Mc Donalds. I was confused so I asked, "do you mean you're out of it?" She responded, "we just don't have it." She seemed incapable of saying we're out of it. I cut my loses and took the ranch dressing, but as I was leaving, I noticed this girl talking about me with the next customers, making fun of me basically in my face.
The ghetto experiences at this location aren't limited to the inside. Be sure to go through the drive thru for the ultimate experience in ghetto life. You can expect to wait on average about 7 minutes for each car at the window. This is why the line often goes around the building into the street. While waiting, you can expect to be approached multiple times in your vehicle by homeless people looking for money. It reminded me of being on the U.S. - Mexico Border in Tiajuana, trying to get back in the country.
If good customer services, a safe environment, and a complete meal mean anything at all to you, you will stay as far away from this location as possible. It is clear to me that they do their recruiting right on the steps of the county jail and offer absolutely no customer service training to their employees. If horrible customer service and ghetto experiences excite you, you will find this...
Read moreGood morning I've been pretty busy lately so I decided to take some time out. Always start my experiences praising his name the one and only our heavenly father. I would like to share this with you before I start. Today I am wearing my suit and I choose to be grateful to God. Let me explain to you when I say I am wearing my suit minute when he woke me up I just started that I want to wear my suit today and it's being grateful to him. So every day of my life back God woke me up this morning I have a brand new suit on everyday. So when I went to the drive-thru at this McDonald's this is my first time at this one on Illinois because I'm new to the community. As I pulled up to the drive-thru and I started to place my order. As soon as so happy you can tell the way she was speaking to me I can tell she had a very nice night as she was ready for work. Don't that make your morning so worth it. Let me explain what I'm going to different places different people that take care of us you can tell by the way they talk and also when you are face to face they face expression tell it all. My experience was very satisfied. The freshness of the food was excellent and I also when I went to the second window after I paid for it I didn't have to wait long. The customer service was outstanding and I was very pleased of the quality of my food. Always say the truth I do not sugarcoat nothing when it comes to telling the truth if you have good service I'm going to tell you about it. If you have bad service I'm also tell you about it. I feel like it's my duty to be honest to the public. I'm a fair person and also I would want you to tell me the truth about your experiences. If it's good or if it's bad I will let you know in a decent way. To all the hard workers at this McDonald's a satisfied customer always come back sooner or later. A dissatisfied customer you lose them and you lose money also. So thank you so much for making sure that I was satisfied and will return again and the near future God bless you all be safe at all times and also happy New...
Read moreAs this photo indicates, the posted dining room operation hours are 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. This photo was taken at 10:15 p.m. last evening, and the doors are already locked. I look inside the restaurant and see several workers sitting down trying very hard not to notice me. After tapping the door, one guy motions for me to go through the drive thru. The problem with that is I don't have a car, and I walked about a mile to come to this restaurant after I recognized a few days ago that they've extended their dine-in hours to 11:00 p.m., so I walk to McDonalds fully expecting to get a meal, and was angry when I realized they had no intentions on honoring the new time posted on the door. It's bad enough that McDonalds hates poor people and for most of the day only sale their food to people wealthy enough to afford a car, but it's an even bigger travesty when they claim to be open for business a certain set of hours and are not.
Although I was angry, I was not surprised. This location has to be the most poorly run McDonalds in all of Dallas. They hardly get an order right. Most of the staff have extremely bad attitudes and actually waiting in the drive thru is a complete nightmare, so I'm not surprised at all that they don't honor their posted hours. When management is incompetent and could care less about their customers or their jobs in general, the result is bad service, bad food, and a lazy crew that refuse to work a counter serving customers.
I'm actually fed up with this location and will take make complaint to Chicago. Headquarters has the right to know how little they think about the customers that earn...
