McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Well me and my wife both placed separate orders the hers came out no problem. Mine however never showed up it WAS at the correct store and I was charged the app processed the order as if I picked it up it was never made bc I sat at the counter waiting. When I showed the workers they said they never received it they tried to send another code for me but once again the order was already processed they weren’t understanding and I was charged. I had originally ordered fries and a drink that’s it. I sat there trying to explain and they just helped everyone around me as if I was the problem. I just wanted my food and wanted to leave but instead I sat there while my wife’s food got cold just for $1.94 purchase bc I had a coupon soooo insane I couldn’t be helped until I was just in the way of the other customers for something so small really do better. I was polite and just trying to make things easy on everyone but it’s hard when they already start treating you a certain way how am i supposed to expect nothing to go wrong bc i definitely didn’t feel like i could come to them with a bigger problem they could barely handle this one. After 15 minutes they finally gave me the order but they gave me a medium order instead of large I was so over it at that point I just left...

So I went to McDonald's on trinity and midway in Carrollton. First thing a guy came from trinity the back area driving really fast in the parking lot almost hit me. He came up the wrong side because its normally a one way.. Then when I met him in McDonald's and told him that was not nice he laughed. Then he turned to Brittney who is McDonald's manager and asked and she agreed with him that he can drive up the one way. Maybe he can but you should always yield to pedestrians, he did not. I couldnt understand her saying that because most people comes off of midway to turn into the drive thru. Very rear does anyone comes through the back of trinity and make a U turn to go to the drive thru. Anyhow that made me upset. Then I came there for the steak and egg breakfast and they no longer carried it. So another goof. Then I purchased the big breakfast and wanted mocha latte but their machines were down so only black coffee. I should have walked out but I used to love that particular McDonald's. I live an hour away now nd since I was down in the area I visited but it's just not the same. I would never return again. Pic of the truck that almost hit me below. I was waiting a really long time for someone to serve me. 2 employees saw me but no one came over to take my order. Then they over charged me. The 20pc mcnuggets were 5.59 and the medium fries were 2.29. When I look at my receipt the mcnuggets came out to 6.59 and the fries 2.59 plus tax. When I kindly asked the lady about it she said it was just tax added to the price. But then at the bottom of the receipt I saw that they added more "tax" and asked her again. This time she admitted there was a problem with the computer and that the price on the menu was correct. I kindly asked for my money that was overcharged back and she refused to return it claiming she was going to come out short. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager so i asked for the supervisor and she said that there wasn't one. She refused to return my money that was overcharged claiming she couldnt but she could cancel my order. The food was cold and soggy not the same quality of the other McDonald's I've been to and of course not the same quality of customer service. This McDonald's has the worst...
