Phở Hanabi ( Double BB . New name) — Restaurant in Dallas

This was my first time going to this Phò restaurant. I will definitely be back. It’s going to be my neighborhood Pho spot. I was greeted by the nicest guy who didn’t realize that his kind spirit was a gift after a really wild day of Dallas freeway traffic jams. I ordered Shrimp Pho and a Coke. I asked for a side of fish sauce and chili paste (I like it spicy). I tried it before I added anything, I wanted to taste the broth. The broth was definitely made with some love. Very clean and deep flavors. I ate the entire thing! I’m on a shot that takes away my appetite! The savory flavors, the fresh herbs. Really delicious. I’m so glad I stopped in today. These people in here have no customer service skills at all. The heavy set guy did not greet us so I had to yell a greeting out and even then he barely spoke back. He just looked mean. He didn't want to finish taking our order and went to the back so I'm assuming he was the cook. to tell us what the pork and steamed rice came with nor was there any photos showing this. It came with a runny egg. If I knew that I would have asked to leave that out or have it cooked longer. OUR FOOD CAME IN BADLY CHIPPED GREY BOWLS AT THAT. The door with the Open Sign and Hours Sign is not the front door. Employee inside saw us trying to open the door and waiting outside for 10 minutes after opening time and did not say anything nor help us. Very bad customer service. He put our order wrong and tried to correct me when I restated our correct order. He seemed rushed and had no patience with us. When he brought our food, he quickly dropped everything off without a word and then ignored us when we spoke to him. Additionally, the food was on the smaller side.
