Snow Pea — Restaurant in Dallas

I have been ordering from this restaurant for almost a year, and I will no longer be ordering from them for my chinese food. Over the course of a year the quality of food we have been getting has been decreasing. Meaning I ordered some appetizers of steamed pot stickers and they arrived cold and uncooked. Meaning that the the casing was so raw it fell apart and the pork was pink on the inside. Also, I ordered soup and once it arrived it was cold.

Along with the decrease in quality the time it has been taking to get our food that we have been getting has been taking longer and longer. On their website it states that it can take anywhere between 30-40 minutes for delivery. This last time it took over an hour and a half for their driver to drive less then 5 miles in non-rush hour traffic. On two occasions my order time went past an hour. On one occasion, the woman who answered said that the driver had already left and then before she hung up I heard her say "go! go!" to what i think to be the deliver driver. On the last and final time I will ever order from this restaurant, the woman said that he already left with our order and it still took over a 45 minutes for our food to arrive.

My wish is that this restaurant either stop lying to its customers about delivery times or just to hire another driver so that the food would arrive faster, because the food is actually pretty good, the service is...

I like others, associated Snow Pea with the long established Lakewood restaurant.. in my life I have never eaten worse food and in fact what should have lasted for 3 meals was thrown away.. The sizzling chicken soup had plenty of vegetables, but the broth tasted like nothing not even flavored water.. The General Tsos chicken was dry and tasted like cardboard.. The only reason I give a one is because of the steamed pork dumplings.. They were edible but the dipping sauce tasted watered down so I was unable to use it.. when I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the owner I was told that he’s never there... ever.. I was not planning on giving them a bad public review, but the person I spoke with was only interested in arguing and accusing me of yelling.. I may have raised my voice in an effort to be understood.. And because I told the person on the phone that in 69 years I had never eaten such bad food, he/she through that up in my face and said if I was 69 I should know better .. I wasted $28 and...

I was so excited when I saw the menu on my door. My friends and I were regulars at the Lakewood location. I ordered hunan lobster and chicken. The biggest waste of $22. Slivers of lobster and chicken with a whole lot of veggies with no flavor. Delivery guy gets here and said my order was for cash. He calls the restaurant and the person on the other end starts yelling "you say cash" "I ask you twice" He takes my debit card over the phone. He didn't say that there was a $2 delivery fee nor did we discuss form of payment when I placed my order, which I thought odd. I always tip well but not today. Never will I order from...
