I walked out of here because of how uncomfortable I felt with the customer service. It really gave prejudice/discrimination vibes. I did not feel welcomed at all. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, but two men walked in right after me and were greeted with a big smile and great energy. Then the lady proceeded to say “ma’am I got someone coming to help you out” with a fake smile and proceeded to service the two men that walked in AFTER me. I felt very uncomfortable and just walked out. I feel horrible even stepping into this place and wanting to spend my money. Completely disgusted

Follow Up: your response is a testament to how you don’t know how to run business and CHOOSE to serve some over others. Very unprofessional, rude and flat out distasteful. Just like the customer service I experienced at this location! Terrible owner (clearly) and terrible business like I said. There was NO clear and engaging communication especially about any thing that would hinder her performance. I wouldnt ignore anybody Purposely that would be servicing me. The only conclusion is that she didn’t say anything to me at all or she clearly didn’t say it loud enough for me to respond and engage. No one directly greeted me or asked if I needed help at all. No warm welcome at all and to service anybody first that came after me is unacceptable! Regardless of who the two men were and their reasoning for being there I WAS NOT greeted with the same energy and they were serviced and attended to BEFORE me which is unfair and rude. Welcome and service ALL your customers regardless of status, gender or race. THATS WHERE YALL FAILED. It’s your job to make sure your customer feel like they are welcomed and cared for regardless of the situation and that’s why I said what I said. It was the PRINCIPLE! oh yea “SHAME ON YOU TOO!” for this...

I'd give less stars if I could. Came in here today with my fiancee around 1:30ish, he ordered a chocolate croissant for his 44th birthday, a poop emoji macaroon for our daughter and a bag of broken macaroons to drop by my mom's. We paid 12$ something for all of this. The girl took my payment and handed me a perfectly good size box for all of these things to be in plus more, so I grabbed it and we left. 40 min later we arrived at our destination and opened the box to find a single poop emoji macaroon and a chocolate croissant. .... Are you flipping kidding me?!! It was dead and there were 3 women working at the counter, I spoke to two of them. There was one other customer, a guy and a baby. How did you not realize you didn't give us the 3 small things we ordered? How often do people get home and find they've been robbed? We didn't run out the door and speed off. The box was more than an efficient size for maybe 6 macaroons and a croissant. Someone could have corrected this, but instead, extremely disappointed. Check Your Order even if the box size seems...

Wow, this little bakery is so, so good!

I reached out to Haute Sweets earlier this year to ask about ordering individually wrapped whoopie pies for the gift bags at our wedding reception. Julie got back to me right away, confirming my order and providing some helpful information about packaging and storage. Billing process was simple and smooth.

When I stopped in a few days before the event to pick up my order, I also grabbed a few treats for myself and family. I picked up a flourless molten cake and also got a red velvet brownie and a strawberry cheesecake, and oh.my.god each dessert was heavenly! All of them were rich and bursting with flavor. The crumb of the molten cake absolutely melts in your mouth, I highly recommend trying it out. I didn't catch the name of the woman behind the counter, but she was so friendly and knowledgable about their huge selection of treats.

Having grown up in LH, I wish this place had been around when I still lived here! This bakery is a can't-miss if you're visiting or live...

Haute Sweets is truly a hidden gem! Every treat I’ve tried has been out-of-this-world delicious, and the level of service they provide is impeccable. They created a custom birthday cake for us, and it was absolutely stunning—beautifully crafted and so flavorful. More recently, I placed an order for delivery, and I was blown away by the experience. The team kept me updated with texts and even followed up to make sure my order arrived safely. Haute Sweets goes above and beyond to make every interaction special, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

A great small pastry shop that is worth the visit. It is worth the visit for their good solid desserts although I would not classify this as a French bakery ( omitting the macarons, now they are all over the place). The sweetness is on the American side (too sweet to my taste but it does not mean bad) and the chocolate is not the most refined one. But it is very encouraging seeing places like this popping up more often in the US. Did I mention that the chefs were on the Food Network's challenge Sugar Inventions?

We walked in randomly today and were greeted by the employee at the front. Very very good customer service. The sweets were delicious. As you walk in, on the left is a window into the actual area where sweet magic is made. I must say it's a pretty cool concept to be able to see folks making your stuff. There are lots of options when you walk in. We chose the cheesecake and the mocha chocolate cake. Both were delicious in their own way. No complaints at all. Recommended fully!
