I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in Dallas, Texas, at the 9753 Webb Chapel Rd #300 location. Unfortunately, when the pizza was delivered, it appeared to have been dropped during the delivery process prior to my receipt of the item. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with Ana Vargas, the shift manager on duty on 12/7/2024. After sending a photo of the pizza, I was informed by the manager that the pizza “looked completely fine” and she refused to offer a replacement.
I requested for the pizza to be remade and delivered, which seemed like a reasonable resolution. Instead, Ana offered a $10.00 credit for a future order, even though I had already expressed that I wanted the current order corrected. She then told me I could speak to the store manager, Cindy, the next day (12/8/2024).
This experience was highly disappointing. The shift manager’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to address the issue in a proactive and customer-focused manner reflect poorly on this location’s service standards. I was not asking for anything beyond what I had paid for—a properly prepared pizza delivered in acceptable condition.

Manager then hung up mid conversation. Called back to cancel order and request refund, the vulgar language continued. Asked for regional managers information or corporate number, to which he refused to provide. Asked for confirmation of refund which he also refused to provide.
