Royal Chopstick — Restaurant in Dallas

So story time. I order food for delivery cause I'm at a local hotel. The delivery driver actually gets here in decent time. She is supposed to have a machine to take my card doesn't have it. She then calls her store on speaker phone and is having a rather loud conversation with store giving them my credit card number for them and rest of the hotel to hear. I then ask if she can stop yelling my card number out and at same time person in store asks for number again. They the proceed to start again I'm like no don't do that. She then comes in room a bit so little more private and gives them number. At that point I'm like ok wierd but whatever. Then I go to start eating and they didn't give me chopsticks or silverware. Remind you it's being delivered to a hotel. I xall to see if she can contact driver and woman says I don't know what I can do and hangs up. This was my first time going here and will not be returning. I called in my order, they didn’t even ask for my name for pickup, they just hung up on me after I had to ask for my order’s total. Food doesn’t look appealing at all. I was super hungry originally but the sight of this killed that. Both of these plates were the exact same order Shrimp Lo Mein with extra shrimp. However, one has clearly more than the other but I was charged the extra for both. The taste of it isn’t the best. I’m just not satisfied at all. Their prices are higher than other places as well but quality is definitely lower. I usually don’t even do ratings or make comments but this is just unacceptable and I do not know how they’re still in business with their food looking and tasting like so. First time ordering at this place or eating thos isn't any Chinese food ive ever had the owner should be ashamed the beef and broccoli was horrible it didn't taste like beef and broccoli the the wontons are over cooked they only have cream cheese in them and Omg I ordered 12 wings with frys lemon pepper I don't know what that was and on top of everything the chicken wings smelled spoiled I should have taken a picture but I was too upset I payed 40 dollars for this I will never order here or recommend amyone to go here people who are real chenese , asian or Thia eaters know the real deal and the quality the flavors and whats supposed to be in different delicacies dishes like these that make them worth the money this place is a horrible mess im very disappointed and...
