Don’t come to this location! Matter of fact I'm done with Popeyes period! I will never spend a dime on Popeyes chicken. The so-called manager said her name was Maria and was so rude and unprofessional. Never in my life have I seen such unprofessional staff, especially this manager! I drove up to the mic and I let them know I was picking up an online order. Well, the manager quickly said that has been picked up. Then I tried to explain that was not me and her response was well we don’t have your order anymore! I then drove up to the window and the manager simply said your order was picked up and I don’t know what you want me to do! I then asked her so what are you going to do to help me. She then said nothing and proceeded to shut the window. I then parked my car and walked into the restaurant where she said I don’t know what you want and I am not making you another order. I ask so what is your policy to confirm when a mobile order is picked up? She said we look at their phone to see if the order number matches the system. I then said ok, we’ll here’s my order can you give me my food! She still denied me any help and the whole process was just so dramatic and stressful and uncalled for. If this is how the manager handled situations, I can just imagine that the other stuff is worse! Not once did this Maria manager talk to me nicely or did she once try to help me. I don’t understand what I did wrong since I was not the one who gave my order to the wrong person! I got so tired that I just left because I was getting no help. Popeyes corporate office needs to look into this specific location. There are too many complaints about the rudeness and no customer service at this location. I believe this one manager is the one responsible for these complaints. I also proceeded to contact the corporate office but of course, no one responded to my emails. Read moreHORRIBLE! This is the WORST experience i have ever had at a fast food place before. I came into the store for a pickup order placed on the app, it had been 40 minutes since i ordered. I come in and the lobby has 2 customers and there is 4 people waiting for orders. Nobody asked me what my order was or spoke to me or even looked at me as i stood right at the counter for 15 minutes! I watched MULTIPLE people grab chicken with their bare hands and then touch other things, i watched a man working the drivethru make a wrap with his bare hands then proceed to touch his face, his headset, the fry scooper, the bathroom key, and then go to make my food NO GLOVES, NO HANDWASHING. Not a SINGLE person wore gloves. I watched a girl literally pretend to sweep the front while looking straight down so she didnt have to look at the customers. Right as i am about to yell into the kitchen to ask for a manager the man working the drive thru comes up to me and just looks at me doesnt say a word. I ask him if they have my order and he turns around grabs the ticket and says "ill make it". IT HAS BEEN 45 MINUTES SINCE I ORDERED AT THIS POINT. THEN HE HAD TO MAKE THE SHRIMP WHICH WAS ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. I am horrified and flabbergasted ad someone who has worked in fast food for 3 years as a manager. First time ever using the Popeyes app, I was asked for the coupon code through the drive thru, thinking that was it, I backed out from it. Once I was at the window they asked to physically see the coupon code, which the app recognized as already used and wouldn’t bring it up anymore. No one wears name tags, for obvious reasons, to get away with their sketchy ways.
