The presence of someone real in the position of management wasn't present but there was something that resembled a troll under a bridge guarding the walk-up window taking orders being rude snapping at customers snarling like a lion slamming the window on customers to reflect their contempt for a person trying to find their bearing on a menu that is inside that you will not even share blocking with their oh beast body. Respectfully 🙏

I found the chicken to be horrific not something that I would want to consume on a weekly basis at all.

What am I referring to well something that I have taken notice over the years is that all the hormones that are shot into animals even human beings somehow manifest itself into cancer seeing black spots along the meat gives me reason to think tumor why should I swallow something with a tumor in it to where it manifest itself inside my body it is shot with hormones steroids those things conflict issues even with humans.

I cannot say that this chicken had hormones but do you need to take the chance it didn't even smell right I threw it out on the ground for the animals to eat sorry but I did not want it to waste so the city rats can eat it.

Don't waste your hard earned money 💸💰 on this dump yard. Treat your belly something righteously good somewhere far...

The customer service IS TERRIBLE!! Today was my first time there. I walk up to the window. Nobody said anything. Where I come from (Ohio) we speak especially when a stranger is preparing my food … but they Jus looked at me. So I said hey how are you doing. Let me get (whatever I order). Nobody smiles or even seemed happy to be at work. I get it. NOBODY likes to work and ur jus tryin to move as fast as you can. But also remember first impressions are everything. And if you gone work the windows get someone friendly and approachable. The only person that seemed happy was the lady with the gold teeth. They gave me 2 packets of hot sauce for three pieces chicken. I wanted to say back I bet when yal take yal half price food home. Yu have plenty of hot sauce packets. Probably even have stashes jus from working there over the period of time. I wanted one more packet. Everyone a they momma was like that’s it. Lol I said well where was there same energy when I came to the window. It’s like hurry get ur food and get out of our faces. The only thing that was GOOD ! Was the chicken the fries taste like a bucket of grease and absolutely no salt. But hey ima jus a trucker nobody truly takes pride in there jobs anymore and it showed. But I’ll be back for some chicken and hopefully the atmosphere will be different....

Cinco de mayo!!! Bad experience! This location was not prepared for this promotion that they announced. You could barley get on the property, vehicles going and doing their own thing. its raining, so I'm stuck here. Can't get out. I need to use the bathroom, how about one hour and forty-five minutes in line..Never again will I wait, and watch how this location was operated for this day again. You literally had three workers in this location..Now, management needs a overhaul of training. This made no earthly sense Why Williams Chicken were you not prepared for this day!!!
