Will never be back. Had been coming here for years, it's on my way to work & liked the convenience of drive thru. As usual, on my way to work, I placed a $22 order. We ate some in the morning and when getting ready to eat the rest for lunch found a hair in the croissant. Was not able to return the same day because they closed at 12 (lunch time). Decided to put in fridge to take it back to them the next day that I would go to work. When I took it back 3 employees came out saying they couldn't do anything about it, and when I asked to speak to the manager, they said she didn't want to come out and I should have taken it back immediately. As I explained to them, I was at work, and when I realized the hair, they had just closed. I'm very disappointed more at the way they handled the situation and the manager not wanting to come out than the hair itself because this means they don't care about their customers.
You close at 12, and as explained, that is the time we were going to eat it. I was not able to go back on Sunday because, as explained, I go by there on my way to work, and well, I don't work Sundays. So I put it in the fridge and went as soon as I was able to go. Mistakes do happen, but you did not even want to come out, and no one apologized at all. All they said was, "we can't do anything, and she doesn't want...

As, the cashier was filling my order a glazed donut fell on the floor and yes she picked it up and put in the box. I called the cashier over told her what I just seen and she pretended did not know what I was talking about. She went ahead and did another order, which I saw her place all the fresh donuts in.I called and spoke to the owner to explained what happened. If you go to buy donuts I would encourage you to go inside the donut shop, instead of the...

Anyway, Iāve driven by Rainbow Donuts many times over the years while visiting my family, but never stopped by because for some reason my doctor wants me to eat better. Gotta say, Iām glad I stopped by a few days ago.
The staff is super friendly, courteous, and professional. Rainbow makes great glazed donuts, eclairs, and those jumbo sized breakfast croissant dealios. Iām notorious for my appetite and can honestly say those croissants left me sated for most of the day! I highly recommend...
