Ricebowl Express — Restaurant in Dallas

I've been to a few Ricebowl Express. They're cheap and have a pretty good menu. This one however, is one of the worst. I keep coming hoping they get better but they just get worse. The first time, I ordered a combination lo mein extra spicy. I got hime to a beef lo mein extra bland. Not even a hit of chile. Then I had 2 orders of streamed dumplings and they were notnsteamed, they were boiled! Watery, soupy, and all broken. Today, I ordered an extra spicy orange chicken with lo mein. Instead I got a chicken soooo sweet it was hard to eat! It wasn't even a bit spicy. It almost felt like eating molasses. I couldn't take more than a bite. Learned my lesson. Im not going...

Food was awful ....never again . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You would say it's just a place that serve RICE only . Order food to go for my co workers and there was no MEAT!!! The chicken and rice was just rice and mix vegetables maybe maybe on 4 piece of shredded chicken in it and rice was stale. The beef and vegetables one had vegetable and ONLY 3 pieces of Beef and rice over cooked! O my the 🍤 shrimp and rice only had 1 shrimp but a lot of rice. Went to buy 2 chicken Lo-main spicy and 1 chicken fried rice. They failed to give me the lo- mains spicy (which whatever I wasn't a big deal for me to go complain). Food tasted awful. The chicken fried rice had a bug, so I went back to speak with manager. 1st door where closed to go inside, then I was told that the manager was not there and they didn't know when he/she would be back. I was offered another meal, and of course I refused, so they gave me my money back for only the chicken fried rice. Horrible place and people...
