I ordered a PlayStation 5 for my son for his birthday. I paid what was requested online and at the time of purchase, no additional information was given at the time of purchase. Signed my agreements and even scheduled my delivery date only to receive a call later on that day to tell me I had to put an ADDITIONAL $200 down for the PlayStation. Where was that information at time of purchase? NOWHERE!! Waisted my time and now I’m very disappointed. I don’t want to EVER deal with Rentacenter. I had plans to pay the PlayStation off in a month and purchase a washing machine and dryer. They can forget it now. This situation could have easily been fixed if Rentacenter would have been accountable for their error! Thay suck I didn't want my stuff no more I called and had AJ and had him pick my stuff up and he came and pick it up and I paid 5 thing off with them so thay get mad because I pay my stuff off thay want u to loose it so thay keep making money on the stuff and when thay pick up the stuff up and it takes 3 or 4 days to pick it up thay will claim u owe them money on the stuff that took them forever to pick up so thay want rent to u no more in tell u pay the bill but in real life it's because u pay the stuff off and thay don't want y to have stuff because thay know u pay it off so this is really no stars but had to leave this star and this rent a center is not Buckner sorry it's town East and Galloway with Jessica and Maria don't go there thay will...

I think it's sad that based on you live you can't receive service. The reason I give it a three star is because of how it was explained to me, the apologeticness of Jonathan the manager, and the customer service of the young lady who works the front.
