Foodland Markets — Local services in Dallas

I was in Dallas with my boyfriend Randy visiting his dad for a few days, & was needing some groceries but didn't wanna drive too far cause lots of traffic and I can get lost in a closet. Anyway I was pleasantly surprised at this little store, for the most part it had everything I was needing & then some, as ll fresh, good variety, friendly service and well lit, decorated, with pretty good hours. For the most part prices were reasonable on everything including the fresh veggies, meats etc however there were a few things like a loaf of bread really needed however the cheapest bread was well over $2.00.. and we all are aware of coffee prices, egg prices and most beef. Speaking of meat this establishment has some cuts of meat on sale, and every bit was fresh, good color and well wrapped, plenty of choices on most items and the customer service was awesome. The cashiers that work there are inexperienced . When you ask them to call the supervisor they ignored you. They have to give better training to the cashiers. And instead of having the manager to resolve the problem they tell you that those coupons are not accepted there even they come from a big corporation and the coupon can be use in any store. We had used it before in Fiesta and Kroger with out any problem by the way maybe is because those stores are much better...
