Flavor of the brisket was good but oh my it was dry and tough. Slaw was delicious. Mac and cheese was okay. Hope their other meats are better because this concept is a great addition for the park. I was the only one there and it took a long time to get my food out. Felt like the folks in the truck didn’t know what was going on.
