The people at this Starbucks are nice, I don't have an issue with that aside from the manager Brad. I started working in October and this Starbucks was on my way to work, for the past two months approximately I am there every morning to get my coffee. They constantly get my drink wrong unfortunately! I often have to call to have it replaced. The only reason I continue to go there is because of convenience, since it's on my way to work. Just within the last two weeks they've gotten my drink wrong 3 times. Twice last week, and yesterday they got the two drinks I ordered wrong as well. I called and spoke to someone whom took forever to understand what I was saying. By the time he understood I was already there. I come in and explain the situation and the manager began with tone insinuating that I was lying to get free drinks. He said I heard you do this every day. Instead of being concerned that his store and employees often get the drink wrong he was calling me out or insinuating in front of employees and customers that I was lying. He claimed his store was the best store in Dallas and he couldn't see them getting the drinks wrong. I could not believe that instead of providing good customer service and maybe asking what was wrong with the drink he was pretty much calling me a liar. Not only are you getting my drinks wrong, but you are calling me a liar, raising your voice, and doing it in front of customers. So I did not stay quiet! I was livid! I asked if there was another manager, he stated he was the only General manager of the store. His attitudes and customer service did not reflect that one bit!! They still owe me a drink but I highly doubt I'll ever go back. I called customer service and filed a complaint, they were very understanding and agreed that he should not have acted that way. They said the district manager would be notified. Overall this is the worst Starbucks I...
Read moreI like this starbucks, I have been coming here for years. They are a little slow but that's just because they are on a really busy street that is right next to a super walmart and I believe a freeway exit. But if you get the app and order in advance you wont have to worry about the wait.
Staff is really friendly.
I first considered giving them four stars. Just because I have been going there for years and I only kind of recognize a couple of them. I think a lot of people enjoy making friends with their local baristas, but it just seems like every time I come I see a new face. But I won't dock them a star because that is probably just me only coming in once or twice or every other week. When you start going every day around the same time is when you recognize people.
I would also dock a star because, while the women are always super friendly, the men I have seen have little to no customer service skills. Which is a dissapointment to my disabled old mom because she likes when a cute male barista is serving her coffee in the morning. But the male baristas are kind of cold to her or borderline rude she says.
But that's mostly her opinion, and I have not noticed that. Could just be I don't pay as much attention to the men as I do the female baristas hahahaha.
Anyways. They are open super late, I like the layout of the coffee shop, and because its next to walmart and the freeway most people use the drive way. This really clears up the in shop traffic, so people that don't like crowds will feel comfortable inside.
Also I think they serve alcohol, maybe for irish whiskeys or something. I don't drink but the option seems...

Manny, was extremely kind and went out of his way to make my stay even more enjoyable.
Came in here for few hours to enjoy a nice cup of hot Earl Grey Tea and catch up on work.
While staying here, I noticed that baristas are not only friendly with customers, but with each other. They got really busy at some point in the morning, during my stay. They had it covered with 10+ baristas multitasking and getting orders done efficiently. Great group of guys and gals taking care of customers at this location.
When I went up to the counter and asked for a refill in my Venti For-Here Mug, “Can I get a refill, but you can keep refill in same mug, so you guys don’t have to wash multiple mugs.” Manny, ended up refilling it in a new mug. Small gesture, lasting impression.
It has good atmosphere here. You have good amount of seating to relax or get work done. Music is kept quiet so it’s easy to talk to each other.
As you enter, to the right, you will find two large round tables with eight chairs. To the left, against large windows, you have a large leather seating with six white tables and additional, seven leather chairs.
Outside, patio has more seating. You’ll find four tables with eight chairs under covered roof, by the entrance. In a non covered space, you can find four tables and ten chairs.
I’m looking forward returning here and enjoying my stay. Definitely recommend this location because of...
