Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

I stopped by this location at 8:50 pm and OPEN sign was on, lights on, workers saw me. I get out of my vehicle to get my 2 yr old out of the car. I move a little slow because I'm pregnant. Once I get to the door someone locks it. I try the door and notice it's locked. I look at my cell it's not 9:30 which is the closing time. Then all the lights are turned off inside the restaurant. Like I walked up to a closed location....I see one girl run to get the tea container and rush it to the back. Like someone is going to take it. No one ever acknowledged us. It was very rude and it really doesn't make me ever come back here. 1st time customer... I was just in all that an establishment would do this... you would think I'll take 5 min to make a sandwich to make money or even a 4 star review... guess not this place. Horrible customer service. Can't tell you if Food is good bc I was never...

I ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats. Because they had neglected to put on several items the last two times I ordered, I called them to ask them to PLEASE be sure they put on the extra cheese I paid for. The girl on the phone said they had already made the sandwich because it was slow at the store, then she hung up on me. Thinking we had simply gotten disconnected, I called back. I asked her to PLEASE open the sandwich and put on the extra cheese and other items I asked for. She hung up on me again. Like all the others here said, they clearly don't have any interest in maintaining good customer relations, and I will try to get Uber eats to go to another store the next time I order. It’s 9:09 they close at 9:30 we got there at 8:58 my husband and I barely got to order our subway and pay. As he was paying another customer walks in and is waiting to order my husband walks over to get his chips and fill up our drinks and as he’s doing that the Hispanic lady who attended us said we’re already closed and didn’t even let the other customer order nor let us eat or gave us a heads up they were about to close when we walked in! Also the OPEN sign was still on!!!! Me and my husband work in restaurants and know how customer service works & there’s ways on going about things and she just kicked us out!
