This is not the 1st time I have a bad experience with this location and the manager. I stopped eating at Subway because of him and decided to give them another shot. His customer service is 0 stars. I had an issue with the mobile app and called him right away. Instead of him offering a solution he said " next time don't add all those extra ingredients so we don't waste the sandwich". First of all, since he works there, he should know how his company mobile app works, it automatically adds ingredients for you, you add or take away what you want. The app froze and the order went through without me finishing my order. I called RIGHT AWAY but that is no way to talk to a customer. And to top if off his co-worker in the back wants to make a smart remark saying " Why do people have to order complicated sandwiches". Since when is a tuna sandwich complicated ???? He needs works on his customer service skills, Idk if it's a language barrier but he didn't understand what I was saying. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here ever again. Hopefully SUBWAY Corporate can talk to him...

There is one couple being served at the register and another couple who's second sandwich is being made. Sweet, I get right in line and someone is promptly there to help me. He gets the bread for my sandwich out, grabs the knife, about that time the customer next to me asks the employee making his sandwich if he's okay, because he's been coughing the whole time he made it. The employee answers no. So the customer next to me says, "You need to get someone else to make my sandwich." The employee making my sandwich drops what he's doing, and starts making the other customer's sandwich, which is totally fine. They were there first. But then the employee who was coughing all over the other customer's sandwich grabs the bread for mine and starts cutting. I just straight up walked out after that. I felt I was over charged so check my receipt and yes I was charged for small drink which I never ordered. I askd for the refund, girl there said "we can't give you refund, we r not allowed to give refund and we don't know how to do refund come next day morning @10 am to get refund" I called the store and also number on receipt which is area supervisor's number left a voicemail, noone is answering the store phone have been calling since last 3 days, and supervisor is also not answering my call.
