I really wanted to like this new restaurant but we left very frustrated and with literally a "BAD" taste in our mouths. We ordered the cajun edamame, broccoli, and raw oysters as appetizers and 2 lbs of cajun boiled shrimp for our entree. The edamame and broccoli came out first and both were good but as we were enjoying those two appetizers they brought out the raw oysters. They did not serve any saltine crackers or horseradish with the oysters so we requested them but were told they did not have any, which is kinda odd bc usually you are served both with raw oysters. My son and daughter in law each tried an oyster and both said they tasted really terrible like they had gone bad. We called the waiter over and told him that the oysters were bad and that we didn't want them because we were afraid of getting sick if we ate them. When I asked the waiter to make sure to take them off our ticket he said he would have to talk to his manager. The manager did not come over and apologize for the bad oysters and no one seemed to care that they were serving food that was not good and that tasted like it had gone bad.
We went ahead and ate our boiled shrimp that came out and even though it tasted fine both of them couldn't get the taste of the bad oysters out from their taste buds so they could not really enjoy their meal. When we were done eating we asked our waiter to please have the manager come speak to us and when she finally came to our table and we explained about how bad the oysters were she said there was nothing she could do that we would have to pay the $24.99 for the tainted tasting oysters. She said the cook tried one of the oysters from the same box and that it tasted fine. We asked her if they tried one of the oysters from the dozen that we were served and she said no they didn't.
According to the manager she called her boss and was told that their policy is "no returns, no refunds" so that means they charged us for serving us that bad food which is just wrong. What kind of restaurant is it that the management doesn't care if your food is bad or not. If I could give less than one star for this restaurant I definitely would because if they are serving bad food to us without any concern or remorse then it is only a matter of time before someone seriously gets food poisoning.
My advice is to stay away from this place and if you do go there do not order the raw oysters and be aware that if they serve you bad food they are still going to charge you for it!! Our total bill was $111.00 and I left feeling very unhappy and praying that those 2 bad oysters they ate were not going to make my son or daughter...

Our waitress immediately asked us what we wanted to drink & brung them out fast but as soon as she brought our drinks out she immediately begun asking us what we wanted to order in a rush. Since it was our first time here we didn’t realize the menu’s were a QR code on the napkins nor were we told that so we asked her to give us a moment. She left us there for quite a while before coming back, which is fine I guess since we did ask for some time to view the menu. Once we ordered our food it came out quick as well as our drinks. Although the food was hot, my mom was missing her patatos which came with her meal & she never did receive them although we still had to pay for them. We both got Cajun/Spicy & it was a odd tasting sauce; more on the sweet side than spicy so it through us off. But that could just be how they make it here so that’s a personal complaint. Then I thought our crab legs would automatically come with a side of butter but we had to pay almost $5 for a side of butter that was cold, thick and not appetizing. Our waitress left us hanging the whole time & never checked on us for refills or if we were doing okay. We had to flag her down just to pay & when we did pay she had a nasty look on her face the whole time; she appeared as if she could care less and didn’t want to be there. Read morewent in with my 6yo I’m currently 7 months pregnant so I can only eat seafood only 1 time every month or two I only ordered the clams for me because my daughter doesn’t like clams and she got the crab and shrimp special .. the clams tasted off but I didn’t want to say anything so I only ate 3 or 4 out of the pound that I ordered took the rest to go and just let my daughter eat her food .. not even 5 minutes after leaving started feeling nauseous couldn’t even drive , even vomited 3 times on the way back .. I turned right back around and took the food back and asked for a refund for only the clams and they said I couldn’t get any type of compensation since I didn’t say anything in restaurant.. they gave me the managers email and i emailed her twice and she still hasn’t replied …. I also tipped the lady who served me so because the place alone was nice and it was our first time going to this location .. terrible customer service … will no longer be...
