Good Food!

I wanted to give it a 5 start for the food...But after what just happen a few minutes ago i feel like it dosnt deserve a 5 star

Yes the place is full on saturdays and sundays in the mornings I honestly dont think the owners thought they were going to be successful and thats the reason the place is small.... Today saturday April 22 my order number was 3055... Yes it was busy so I stood in line like everyone else does after my order which was 1 plate of green chilaquiles to go..the line was gone and more ppl started to come in i think it was like 5mins later 3 men that ordered after me then sat on a table... 45Mins later which was not a problem because i was being patient the three men that had ordered AFTER me got their order before me they had two plates of chilaquiles red and green and guess what my order to go of one plate of green chilaquiles was not called yet!...... I asked for my money back and then they brought out my order... I hate to be ugly iam a patient person and understand ppl are busy but dont do that to someone that was there 5mins before the other person how did the 3 men get their order before my ONE order... I dont want to give it a 1 star because the food is good but the wait...

It’s been going downhill, they blame it on short staff ; however not the first time I hear personnel complain about the way they are treated. The cash register is shared and if it’s short anyone who worked it has to pay out of pocket but if they are over on cash the owner keeps the money. The bread still has good flavor but it hardens easily now. I’ve been a customer since it was off Cockrell hill. Owner is a bit rude but I’m not going to see her. Some co workers and neighbors say they will not go back. Some customer service skills for management and the owner may be needed. Hope you all get it together your bread is tasty. You can’t find workers due to the way they are treated. No workers no product...

I probably won't support or refer anyone to this business after my experience today. I called and asked if they had chicken tamales and was told yes, I said thank you I'm on my way. Got there in 10 minutes and was told they didn't have any chicken tamales and I asked how is that possible I just called and was told you had some. Need less to say all kinds of excuses were made to justify their error. 😠 Even after speaking with the manager and showing him the time I called NOT ONE apology was offered and when I said I wouldn't ever be back he just looked at me like it didn't matter and said he'd tell the owner. They REALLY showed me that they are not interested in...
