Food was as expected, it was the service. The woman who took my order sounded super annoyed when she was taking my order. I wanted to try the 4 for 4 meal Wendy's rave about. There wasn't any information about it in the drive through menu. When I asked if it was going on still (for all I know it might have been only for a limited time) she responded with an "uhhh.... yeah" as if you asked in-and-out of they serve burgers. Then when I asked for it she asked which burger would I like it with. I didn't know there were options there, I don't go to Wendy's but once every few years. When I asked whay the options were, again because there's no information on the deal outside, she answered me in that same 'uhhh....yeah' tone. Oh I'm sorry, I didn't know your customers are supposed to have the menu memorized. Finally she asked what sauce I'd like, for the nuggs, and again I don't come here often so I ask what are they. She clicked her mouth before telling me the options. I might have understood this if it was rush hour but it was 7pm, no one else was at the drive through and only like 3 cars were there, presumably the workers at the location. Zero reason why she had to have this tone...
Read moreI had never dined in but today my girlfriend and i decided too. We usually order thru the app or just thru drive thru . Needless to say we won’t ever return to this location. The customer service we received today was the worse. Carl the cashier upfront showed no type of manners nor care for his job. As a manager myself I would not keep an employee like Carl .
We tried to order but off the bat he seemed very annoyed and unhappy to take our order. I ordered a #6 and asked if it only came with mayo, lettuce, & Tom .. it seemed like he didn’t hear so I repeated myself and his answer was “ give me a second let me speak” in a aggressive way. I stopped and looked at my gf and we just tried to ignore it . She ordered a bacantor and then he asked “ single,double,or triple” (aggressively) my gf then answered him confused because they usually don’t ask that. She obviously bothered continued but I couldn’t .I asked him if he was okay and that’s when he said “ if you have a problem there’s my manager” and continually started showing me his name tag and telling me where to call and who to call. Unprofessional at all .

Read moreLOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, FILTHY PLACE! This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I walked into the store and the people behind the counter just looked at me. Nobody said a word or acknowledged my presence. As a matter fact, one person just passed right in front of me without saying anything. I waited for almost 10 minutes before someone came up to take my order. Granting that they may have been busy, a simple acknowledgement like; "We'll be right with you", would've sufficed. It also took along time before I got my order.
The condition of the place was filthy. Some tables were not clean. The condiments station and the station where the lids and straws were located were also filthy. I could see a lot of flies flying all over the place. Additionally, it was over 100 degrees outside and the place was not cool.
People working there do not really care. It's as if they were simply going through the motions without any customer consideration.
This Wendy's is less than 5 minutes from home. However, I am not going back to this...
