Wendy's — Restaurant in Dallas

I hate to admit I hit the fast food places more than I should, but when it comes to customer service and getting the order right, Wendy's has all of the others beat! The place that closes at 8pm is the worst! They could care less what you ordered because you're at a drive-thru and less likely to stand in front of a window with a return. The famous donut shop should be closed due to the high volume of traffic it is causing on a major highway. Just think how much these companies are saving by not having the doors open. They save on employee salaries, taxes, trash, indoor plumbing costs, returned incorrect orders, cleaning products for the lobbies, employees to maintain the lobbies, and so much more. They are saving big bucks on our dime. It's time for places to open up fully or don't do business with them!! Gas prices are too high for us to be waiting with 10 cars...

I belive Wendy's burgers are the tastiest, but I hate the presentation, which is unlike what is shown on TV commercials. My experience with Wendy's, Burger King and McDonalds are similar, in that the burgers are thrown together in a haphazard method. Burger hanging off the bun on one side and the tomato on the other, mayo slapped on with a paint brush and FLAT as hell. Americans tend to have low expectations when it comes to fast food products. A burger that is a quarter inch thick is unacceptable.

Is it possible to get a burger that looks like the one presented on the commercials? Could the burgers be placed on a plate for eat-in dinning? I would pay a little more. And for god sakes could you add Milkshakes to the menu, nothing goes better with a burger...

First off, I'm starting to get annoyed waiting for places to put together DoirDash orders before taking care of people actually in their business, but that has no bearing on this review. To start, hey gave me only 3 of my 5 orders of nuggets, but counting to 5 is tough, so I'll let that slide and only take off a half star. My salad was another story. It looked good, but that's because the covered the rotting lettuce with fresh lettuce. The salad was at least 2 days beyond keeping. The nuggets and fries were at least tasty. I recommend opening your salad at the counter and dig through it looking for rotten lettuce. I won't be back to the one in Dallas. It should be shut down for serving what...
