09/30/2021. I sincerely know that the management is trying desperately to enforce discipline & respect of our neighborhood. But it seems some drivers don't have a courtesy to abide by the signs on the road. There r so many empty parking spaces that these drivers can park their vehicles, get out & go inside, get ur coffee & food, get back to ur vehicle & it's done. It's safe, healthy & courteous way to show respect to others. We always want to teach our children discipline & respect & expect others to do same. Why can't we start at ourselves & lead the examples. We don't need the city to get involved & start to issue citations. Then we complain & say this & that.
If u r not from this neighborhood, please respect us. Am sure u expect respect when it's ur neighborhoods. We, Americans, are smart & lead the world. Look at Singapore, even China. Read to understand the need of our country.
Lastly, Lake Highlanders: let our community be the lead for other neighborhoods to imitate & be 'envy.' Again, for those who r not from here, a little courtesy & respect to our neighborhood is a good gesture. Thank you.
04-28-2021. Thank you management for taking into my consisting my message below & right the wrong, for the good of the general public, as well as for the whole beautiful Lake Highlands community. Ur sign posting for drivers not to block the road is really a very gesture that u care for the public safety & welfare. Hope others business in our neighborhood will do same. Salute! Thank you. Appreciate greatly. August
Good coffee & stuff. No problem with store. Driving a Lexus does not give the right to anyone to block a 2-lane road, enjoying texting & ignoring others' welfare for potentially causing accident/injury/death, I believe. Be reminded of others' welfare & safety & potentially ur own safety & respect others around you. Plenty of empty parking, park, go in get ur stuff & done. Thank you WRC to be part of our neighbors in this beautiful Lake Highlands...

4 years ago I rated this place a 5 stars, hands down. If I could rate it 10 stars back than I would have.
Now I'm pretty disappointed!
When you wake up and grab coffee anywhere, it's suppose to be up beat, and you have your coffee and starting your day with good vibes already. Well... I feel like that's kinda changed for me here.
People don't seem as friendly when I order through the drive through anymore.
I always ask for a dry cappuccino, and every time I get it, it feels like a latte. Dry cappuccino is suppose to weigh very light. Even a regular cappuccino. One time out of many times I told the young lady that my cappuccino was super heavy all I tasted was half and half, and she looked at me and was very rude about it and told me it was a cappuccino. I was friendly towards her from the beginning towards the end, and she still was just blainly rude. With all that I still tipped because I was thinking of the other stuff members not her at that point. Never got but also never saw her again, so that's a good thing.
It's nice to give a thanks out to the customer when they tip. 🤷🏻♀️ Where did people’s mannerisms go? My coffee will be 5ish bucks and I tip 3 bucks and "no thank." Being nice to your customers goes a long way.
My husband and I are military, and any time I come down to visit my family. I do say to myself " I have to get a cappuccino from White Rock Coffee". I like to give my business to this place. Now I discovered they don't give military discounts. Why? Is beyond me. They should bring that back for military and first responder.
I think I'm going to go to the one on mockingbird from...
Read moreWhite Rock Coffee is one of many places in the coffee scene within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and what makes them taste like hometown are three things: authentic hospitality, variety of different drinks and sauces that they make, and most importantly, the way they gave back to the community.
I went to visit their original location on Northwest Hwy. conveniently located right next to the Dallas Police Northwest Division. Fun fact: did you know that they have a roastery next to their original location? How amazing! However, that one is by appointment only, so check with them for more details.
Shoutout to the White Rock Coffee staff for welcoming us back with open arms, as well as introducing new drinks to us that were of high demand and interest. One, however, that really did catch my eye, was my all time-favorite: the White Rocker, which included two shots of espresso, whole milk, and their signature White Rock syrup. My friend on the other hand, got the Lone Star Latte — chai with a hint of that White Rock syrup that they put in there as well! Because of their roastery, all of their coffee beans are sourced from local partners and cooked and roasted right here in the heart of Dallas. I’m just really glad that I was able to really catch up with the times that there are, honestly.
I’ll definitely be back to visit more whenever I’m in the DFW! Y’all have...
