Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

Just went to this location. If management reads this, who ever you employed with the beard... you should start an interview process for another person who deserves a paycheck. I specifically and vocally ordered a steak, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the lady prepping the sandwich just did not listen. She put only steak and when it came out of the oven I told the bearded guy it still needs the egg and he slightly warmed up some egg didn’t even wait the full time and threw it in. When it came time to charge he charged me extra for the extra steak they put in. He told me I won’t charge for the egg but I HAVE to charge you for the steak sandwich. I said why if I asked for steak and egg breakfast sandwich, then he reached for the sandwich and said okay well we can take some steak out. I’m standing here in a line I said that’s enough just charge it already. On top of that, I’m not sure if it was out of of spike or even more negligence but he charged my girl sandwich extra bacon three times. I had rather pay and walk out for the way he was yelling. Eating these sandwiches, I don’t know if it’s the unmelted cheese, cold eggs, chewy steak or the terrible customer services but it taste disgusting. Throwing it in the trash. Thanks for wasting this vets...

This Subway is the one which nearly killed me and has me nearly scarred for life with the restaurant chain as this is where I got a horrible case of food poisoning from. The individual who made my sandwich should be fired immediately. He displayed a flagrant lack of concern for basic health and safety protocol. In every other Subway I have ever been to, I have never had my sandwich made by an individual wearing no gloves. Yet this individual directly put his (dirty) hands directly on my bread and tuna,etc. In retrospect, I really should have said something and brought it up as soon as I saw it but I kind of overlooked it since I only stopped to get a quick meal. The individual was a short Hispanic-looking individual. I remember his face very vividly as he also gave me a series of very unusual looks right from when I walked into the restaurant and when I was to pay. This has seriously hurt my impression of this restaurant as I was left unable to do much of anything for over a week. I will implore the chain to take action on this employee but even this franchise as the place itself looked dirty...

To make locating here easy, just turn left (Eastbound) or right (Westbound) on Ferndale, on the light, if you are coming from Northwest Highway. I know it sounds complicated, but trust me you'll see it. It's weirdly located between Chase Bank and Other Store Chains. Anyway, the place is good, but I think because of the location it's not all that busy, which if you don't like crowded places, it's divine! Cool music most times, other times they play Radio. Food is great! But make sure you watch who's building your sandwich closely! If at all it tastes funny, DO NOT EAT, ask for another. I got myself my favorite, meatball foot long sub. A good place to get lunch and also catch up...
