My husband called to order pizza tonight (08/20/2020) and while ordering the customer service rep sounded so rude! So my husband kindly asked for her name and she stated it with an attitude, my husband proceeded to ask for another person to speak to and told the rep she sounded really rude and strong in the tone, once she stated there was no one else to talk to he said that was ok he didn't want to place an order and she said GREAT!! So I heard this and I called back up to the store and asked the rep for a manager, the representative put the manager on the phone and I asked the manager for her name and she told me and to my surprise it was the same person my husband had just talked to. So I asked her for a corporate number, she stated Pizza Hut didn't have one. I asked her for a regional manager I could contact or just any information, such as an email or anything I could use, this lady who has the role of a General manager proceeded to get an attitude, ask me what my name was, I told her and so she became very defensive and so I told her my husband had jus tried to call and how she gave him a hard time and giving me one to, she stated "Well I could of popped off on him for calling me rude, but I didn't, with your gay sounding husband!!! When this woman said that my mouth dropped!!! I couldn't believe a general manager was going off and calling someone gay and just being irate the way she was. For a moment I told myself this woman must be asking to loose her job, she must be trying to ride the unemployment train. I don't know but her behavior definitely deserves for grounds of termination. Read moreI placed my order online and the realized I had a coupon that was online only for one of the items that was on my order. I called and asked whoever answered was I able to add my coupon she said no because it was an online only promo and I would have to cancel my current order and place a new one if I wanted to use my coupon. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manger and I said okay, not happy but I did not tell her to cancel my order because my husband was goi g to take this for his lunch within the next hour and a half. Wait time said 20-30 mins. I’m am tracking my order and it said it was in the process of being made off 20 mins. At this point now I’m irritated and I called the store to see what was going on. Whoever answered the phone was nice and looked up my order by my phone number and said that her manager MAGGIE cancelled my order! SERIOUSLY!!! I never told her to do that so at this point my husband and I have been waiting for a hour thinking that our food is coming and it’s been cancelled! As a loyal customer for the past four years, I feel disheartened that the quality of service seems to be declining, particularly with new employees. While I understand that new teams are integrating with the older ones, it's essential to provide proper training to ensure a positive customer experience.
When the team's decisions are subpar, it reflects poorly on the management. I kindly urge you to support the community and your customers by delivering exceptional food and excellent customer service. Remarkable customer service enhances the overall enjoyment of your food products.
