On Friday 3/6/20 my wife ordered a pizza like we normally do once a week during lunch hour. We have not had an issue for almost a year. My wife picked up the pizza and took it home to come to a pizza that was soaking greasy. She called the restaurant to get a refund since she was on her lunch hour. She was given a rude attitude by the cashier and the manager aka the owner. They refused the refund even though the pizza had been made an hour an half early according to the manager but the order was place online for 2PM. The manager said the pizza looked bc it had been sitting for an hour an half. They were very hostile to my wife and they wanted to bring the pizza back even though she had told them she could not go back because they already had messed up her order once with cheese bread. I called and ask for the manager. A lady answer and she tried to explain the greasy and I asked for the manager on duty. She refused to let me talk to her. I asked about 3 times because she couldnât resolve my issue. The manager answer. Right away she knew about the pizza and went on the defensive side. She said that they had 0 complaints all day and she had a hard time believing out complaint. She also said since she was the owner she could do whatever she wanted to do. And was tired of customers like me, was asked to call the manager tomorrow and tell her he was reading my order and it was right no sir it wasn't, and sense your tired of loyal customers I'm gone.. sorry guys Johnny the shift leader on may 6 2018 at 5pm when my order was placed at 4pm has pizza was cold after riding around for an hour . Hope you enjoy your bacon pizza johnny. Ps Johnny I only wanted the cherry Pepsi wasn't asking for anything free just my order correct... screaming and calling customers out of they name is not a way to run a business.. gotta look into new shift leader Johnny is rude and scream at customer when they say he make a mistake, I work at waffle house I try and keep my customers happy not disrespect them ..make them happy.. to keep them coming back and i promise you this word of mouth can hurt... not sure how this can be fixed but bet ya sweet tale..    Read moreMe and my wife have had nothing but issues from this place. This is the second time we ordered delivery from this location and still they can't get there stuff together. We normally don't have an issue if we pick up in store. This time we ordered 2, 12" subs a 2liter of mtn.dew and a 6" for our twins for dinner. We had to wait over an hour to receive part of our order. We never received our 6" for our daughters which we showed to the driver and made sure he was aware of, our two 12" where cold as well as one of them being improperly made. The driver told us that he'd let the store know and try to get it straightened out. Thirty more minutes pass no phone call from the store so we call them and try to get it straightened out. The manager on duty was extremely rude and basically refused to fix their mistake and tried to charge us again for another sub plus another delivery fee. Home office has been called numerous times by us in the past and believe me they will be called again for this.
My review for this place is as follows: awful place, rude managers, pot head delivery drivers, improperly made food, and now to add to the list thieves since they don't deliver everything you've...
