Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Dalton

I'm very disappointed in Zaxby's for the simple fact that I only ordered 10 bone in BBQ wings and a regular fry and I did ask for a regular size cup of ice which I was told would cost me another $2.79 on top of the $16.99 plus tax that I was already going to pay for and I said no thank you and said I wanted 4 of the free cups of ice which were the same as the kid's size drink cups which makes absolutely no sense to me why I couldn't just have 1 regular size cup for ice...... That's stupid but then I asked for Zaxby's sauce instead of the ranch sauce that they put in the bag and when I asked for a few extra sauces they charged me $1.05 for 4 extra sauces when I had just spent $18 on just wings and fries. So for almost $20 I only got 10 wings a regular size fry and on top of the 1 sauce that I got for a 10 wing order I got 4 more sauces and as a customer who just spent close to $20 on such little bit of food I feel robbed just bc I had to pay for the 4 sauces when I should have just been given at least 1 sauce packet per every 2 wings. 3 wings at the most I would have gotten either 5 sauces and or 3 sauces for free Zaxby's you should definitely take in consideration that your customers are paying out the butt for the food from u guys at least you could give the sauces tighten up Zaxby's

First it was a busy as could be stood for a few minutes then I ordered for me and my absent fiance whom has been ordering same thing from zaxbys for 8 years.. large fingers plate with extra slaw and toast had to say it 3 times thought Natalie heard me but I also continued to say I want chicken bacon ranch fries.....so we get our food and it's extra fries no slaw at all so I said take it up there and tell her you ordered extra not minus..so he goes asks her for her to please fix it and she says that's the way I ordered it and we have never ordered it that way since our first date at zaxbys...eight years ago!! He acted as tho she hates her job or just stuck there so I introduced myself to miss Natalie that refused to make his meal right that you never know who is in front of your counter that I have been a local guide for Google for 3 years and have never not had someone refused to fix a mistake but thanked her and told her thus was her review she can keep the attitude cause I wouldn't be back to eat at that zaxbys and was writing this review as google has asked me to do ...better luck next time zaxbys!! But I would call it a fail on...

I'm 110% DONE with Zaxbys. The size of the chicken fingers has gotten so ridiculously small that it's time I moved on.The staff is usually friendly but they seem annoyed when someone dines in. It looks like their current priorities are drive-thru and online orders(doordash,grubhub,etc.). But the worst part of all, is the price has went up and the portions have drastically went down. I pay almost $15 for sub-par toast, luke warm fries, and 6 of the smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen. I mean LOOK at these pictures!! This was the size of ALL of them, I should taken a picture of all of them in the palm of my hand. This isn't just at this Zaxbys, it's everywhere. I don't blame the restaurants for this.
