One of my first visits the store informed me they were completely out of every size of tortilla. Arguably the most important ingredient, you can have chicken, beef, cheese, steak, or beans, but all will require a tortilla. How does a taco store run out of that? Better yet why not send some to Kroger right next door and purchase some and make due for the day? No one wants just a bunch of hard shells.
Next visit I arrive at 10:00am for breakfast, they tell me they are out of eggs. Well they serve breakfast until 11, a whole extra hour, scrambled eggs take what 5 minutes top to make? So they just rather turn down business for an hour than whip some up in 5 minutes?
I show up at 8:00pm they have a sign on the speaker saying there new hours are only until 7:00pm. I drive by literally 1 or 2 days later around 10:00pm and see they are open.
Went just last Sunday for breakfast at 10:00, and a guy walks out saying there equipment is down.
I went today at 10:00 and was informed they stopped serving breakfast altogether. 4 issues with that, 1 the giant sign outside that’s like 50 feet tall has breakfast in bold on it. 2 the website is still showing they have the items at that location. 3. There is a breakfast sticker in one of there windows. 4 why open at 7:00 am if you don’t serve breakfast, no one wants lunch for...
Read moreFood was nothing like it used to be. It had a okay taste but the filling were alot less than what they used to be. The Dorito shell taco , I had to search for the meat, very little, maybe a teaspoon of meat spread across bottom of shell. Shell was so soggy that it just fell all to pieces. The Crunchwrap Supreme was mostly Shell with very little filling. Pulled Shell away to see what was inside there was maybe 2 tablespoons of meat, lettuce, tomato and cheese combined, very little. I was a little disappointed, it had been a while since I had gone to taco bell, and this was a splurge night for me and my family of diabetics. If I wanted basically empty shells, I could have gotten that at home. No where worth the $21.40, that we paid for our meals. The Pepsi I got, was nothing but syrup, very little fizz. Quite gross to be honest with you. Probably won't go back any time soon. The were nearly out of sauces. The cashier was nice, and the order was correct. That is basically the only good thing I have to say about...
Read moreUnbearable wait! Slowest Taco Bell so far and I have been eating Taco Bell for 60 years! 30 minute wait inside. Why isn't this placed closed? Has nobody in corporate read these reviews? I have never seen so many one star reviews anywhere ever! Not even our crappy new Chinese buffet!
Update: I made the mistake of coming here again ( maybe I should read my own reviews)! This time the food was fast and they were very generous with the lettuce, I got a whole head in my taco! Oh and a teaspoon of meat. My 5 layer burrito had a whole can of beans and a teaspoon of meat! The diet Pepsi taste like crap and the girl at the window never said hello, goodbye, thank you or anything else. No smile either. This was today at 1:19pm, the cashier was Ashley H. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Won't happen again! Shut this place down or at least retrain or...
