As a coffee lover, I have to say that Starbucks is definitely one of my favorite places to get a caffeine fix! Every time I visit, I am always impressed by the quality of their drinks and the exceptional level of service.

I'm so disappointed, because I really used to love this store. What is going on?!? Please get it together soon. I miss my positive starbuck experiences. :(
So, this location used to be top notch, but our last two visits were kinda meh. The first one, the lady taking orders was rude and refused to listen. The barista asked us if we wanted whip cream on our non dairy. We said yes, 3 times. The lady taking orders then turned to the barista and nearly yelled "the order doesn't say whip cream so they don't get whip cream." Like, what the heck? It is literally included in the price of the drink. So, we asked for whipped cream. Lady gave us some. Whatever, idk why she had to be difficult. Drinks were okay. Not starbucks quality though. So, we go again a few days later. Service is good. Food is great. Drinks are pretty good. I'm munching on my feta wrap and there is a freaking use by sticker in my wrap. This was like what you would find on the containers of milk or something. And it was filthy. Honest mistake I guess, but maybe this location needs to work on their cleanliness and staff attitude. Read moreI decided to give this place another shot and that was a mistake, my caramel macchiato tasted burnt and I don’t think they put any sugar in it at all and I waited almost 40 minutes in line for it. The boy working the drive through was very rude and gave me a dirty look after I pushed the “No Tip” button. This place used to be good better than the one on Walnut Avenue but over about the last year and a half this place has slowly got worse and worse. I’ve heard some people who used to be regulars say it was the new manager but anytime I’ve had a complaint and asked for him (which unfortunately has become a regular occurrence due to the staff constantly getting my drinks wrong) he’s either been on vacation or gone for the day. Must be nice to sit home and get paid for it. Somebody like that wouldn’t manage anything for me very long. I would encourage anyone who gets coffee here to go across the street at Duncan, they are quick. If anyone from Starbucks Corporate looks at this please take note that myself and several others in this review section have complained about the poor service and absent management, good service starts at the top and if you don’t care they don’t care and the paying customers will go elsewhere.
