Subway — Restaurant in Dana Point

i went to this subway at 7:00 pm June 6th. i left around 7:30. i’m sorry but 30 minutes to get two sandwiches (which turned out to be one) is absolutely ridiculous. we were “helped” by this girl who had an airpod in one of her ears and her attitude was horrible. what happened was that we ordered the meal of the day (tuna) for 10.99 because we had ordered a foot long sandwich (foot long for +$3). when it was time to pay for the sandwich, she put in the foot long sandwich, chips, and a small drink (all of which should have been 10.99) as separate items in the register. we told her that we had ordered the meal of the day and she just looked at us in the eye and went “i don’t know”. she didn’t even try to work things out or listen to us. i told her that either she figure out what to do about this, or we won’t buy it, and she GLARED at me. her attitude was disrespectful and made me lose my appetite. i’ve never met anyone such a horrible loser like attitude. to add on to this lovely time, we had two more customers in front of us (the first was a family of 3 and the next was one man). she took forever to finish those two customers - it took so long that by the time we left 30 minutes has passed. if ur ever considering coming here, don’t- just drive an extra five minutes and go to the one in Laguna Niguel. i...

Some chubby guy on Friday at 12:03pm was very rude didn’t want to refill the fresh waters he said it would take a bit to get the other people before doing it so I offered to wait the time then he came up with another excuse saying he needed to prep and that he isn’t going to do it over all he was just being lazy. I been to other subways where if I need them to refill it they do it. I even asked to wait till the next worker that was suppose to come in, in 10 minutes and he still denied that even then even spoke for the other person saying that he won’t be...

So there was only one good reason about that visit at this subway location but other than that I did not like because there were two females in that location and one of them just decided to go into the back room and do nothing while the other one didn’t even smile at me or make me feel welcome and she seemed in a bad mood, if she doesn’t like her job then leave!!! And it wasn’t even busy at all...
