Burger King — Restaurant in Danbury

Customers beware. This location does not accept the crown card when you order through the app. Went to place a $30 order through the app and loaded money on the crowd card for that order. After they took the money out of my account and on to the crown card it then sent me a message saying this location does not accept the crown card. had to pay a different way so in the end was charged $60 for this order. When I reached out to Burger King’s customer service to get refunded for the $30 they took to put on the crown card. They said there’s nothing they can do and that was it. Whoever’s running this location should really fix this issue for the future. It’s absolutely ridiculous. A Burger King location doesn’t accept the Crown card on the app they’re using and letting people order from. Would love to get a response from someone who’s running this location about the...

Only people waiting inside for a pickup to go order. The restaurant was very clean and looked great, however the staff were very rude, and they completely messed up a simple order. We ordered 2 separate orders. 3 chicken sandwich combos(just as they come, no special ordering). And on a whole seperate order just ordered a single chicken/bacon sandwich plain. We get all the orders, after having to tell them 3 times they shorted us cups for our meals. I had to show her the receipt and count all of the drinks I paid for, for her. Get to the car and back on the road, they made all 4 chicken sandwiches like the 1 on the separate order. All plain, how do you mess up that bad when we are the only customers...

Clean place, appears new. You order at a kiosk, but only one was working and you really had to punch the screen for it to work. The service was awful. Not just slow, but the person serving was rude. They let you pick freestyle soda and you can see the self serve soda machine, but I guess you're supposed to know it's disabled and serves no purpose, so they just give you a drink you didn't ask for then my goodness are you in the wrong for telling them that's not what you wanted. You pick your sauces and wow, she ignores them then has you wait 5 minutes before she'll come back and again roll her eyes at you for inconveniencing her for having to get what...
