just received my order. I have been consuming Ehmer's products for almost 60 years. The liverwurst is not like the original Ehmer's and tastes more like teawurst, is overly salty and has a weird gelatinous texture. The Head cheese is bland and without the wonderful picante hint of vinegar and pimentos~Usinger's head cheese is STELLAR, in comparison, and reminds me of the original Ehmer's. Unfortunately, Usinger's is experiencing shortages to many products, the head cheese being one of them. The landjaeger has the same flavor. The weiners are lackluster as well. I have gone twice and will return even though it is a 40 min...

You can find very good lunch meat and meat here, plus all the trimming like pickles, noodles, etc. The bread is often a bit old and stale, so we focus on lunchmeat and sausages. Besonders gut für...
