The lady on the phone tried charging me 5 extra dollars than the actual price of the product, than it listed both in store and online. I personally think it was from being a white customer, which is likely their majority of customer base. The way they acted as if I was unintelligent and stupid for even going there. Had to talk to the manager about why I’m being charged more. Then to top it off with a cherry the Spanish chef gave a racist comment between him and his friend about me being there. The most unwelcoming and racist environment I’ve yet to be in, and I’ve been to many places with all walks of life throughout my time and have made great friends with those people, this is unacceptable. After seeing that comment about them abusing their own child that works there, I completely believe it. very disappointed, i have been a customer of here since i was a little girl, last night i put an order in around 9:54, i know they close at 10:30, i was there in ten minutes as told it would be done. i was doing doordash in the middle of picking up my own dinner, the food was not done, i came back twice. i asked for beef and brocco and vegetable low mein, only got a few broccolis and a few pieces of meet and onions, no other vegetables, the low mein was very dry, had no sauce. and i did not even get an eggroll with my combination, nor any soy sauce or fortune cookie. i spent 23 dollars and i am not happy...

We wanted to try a different Chinese place. We ordered here because it was close enough. I was afraid that coming from White Street to Brookfield that the food might get cold. That was not an issue. The food was made quickly and picked up just as quick. We had a no charge delivery fee through Seamless.
