Started around 7:56 at night before I went to work, I started at 10 pm and just wanted a cheese burger and fries. I got the fries, perfectly cooked and hot/ fresh... But when I opened the wrapper on my burger, I saw a plain hamburger. I wanted cheese but was already at my place of work, which is difficult to enter and exit at all times of the day which I tried telling the manager. He followed his policy and I commend him for doing so, however I don't appreciate someone telling me to literally hold on to my entire order until I came back the next time, or I won't get it made right... as if its my fault the people on the line can't listen? While I was there I witnessed homeless people just filling up a coke bottle with soda, a drunk man yelling at someone over the phone and a line crew who were visibly frustrated by their jobs, over hearing the confusion of making orders that had already gone out the door. I come here alot and know a couple of the cashiers, Ive even spoken to the manager with dreads casually a few times, "Hows your day going? Hows business?" Etc. But tonight with the anonymity of speaking over the phone, I was greeted half assed, to the point I wondered if I was calling a business, I was not met with an apology, I was spoken down to, called a smart ass for just trying to understand if I needed the whole meal to sit in a fridge until possibly the next evening when I was on my way to work again. In short, John, the owner has lost a very loyal customer and a fantastic image of his crews masterpiece will be circulating on the popular fail page that Miami Subs has achieved new heights of infamy on Twitter. I care not for a refund or new food at this point, but an apology for how everything was handled. But at least my food went to some good use, there is a homeless man who sleeps outside near their establishment and I will probably give it to him with the receipt tomorrow morning so he can...

My friend and I ordered 2 separate orders, first the young cashier charged me for my friends order even though I handed her my card with the coupon for the first confirmed order, had to pay 6$ more than what was my order. Then she accepted my friends order and coupon came back and said we couldn't accept your coupon but regardless went ahead and charged it without letting us know first. When have you ever been to a fast food or restaurant establishment and not warned that your coupon can't be accepted before being charged? I asked nicely if i could speak with her manager, a guy with dreads and a gold tooth came over. I asked him why I wasn't told the coupon wasn't ok to use before being charged and that I want the price I thought I was paying. Apparently that set him off totally, he said he was 'being nice' for accepting one, well thankyou for charging me for the wrong order I guess I should be appreciative. He started yelling and threatening that he would go into the computers and charge me a higher price and that's when I told him I come here all the time but I will just go to the better establishment in hollywood.
I work in a customer service position where we charge clients $45+/hour but regardless of the 'money loss', customer service is far more important. If you want to support your business with terrible customer service than go right ahead. That guy was wrong for charging the wrong person, not telling me ahead of time that it wasn't accepted and then being combative over something so petty. It's perfectly fine if you don't want to accept a coupon but don't just go ahead and charge my card, keep the coupon and then tell me 'you were being nice'.
Btw it ended up the $11 10 piece small popcorn chicken with small fries, the chicken was actually really terrible anyways so I didn't need to be yelled at to be convinced not...

I don’t know what kind of “new management” took over Miami Subs, but if this is what they’re serving now, they need to step down immediately. I just paid $7.48 for what was quite possibly the worst sandwich I have ever eaten in my life.
First of all, the bun was stale. Not day-old—stale. The lettuce? A tiny micro-shred. The tomato? So thin it could’ve passed for a translucent sheet of paper. They gave me one round ring of onion—not even a whole slice—and a single flimsy slice of pickle that looked like it was rationed during wartime.
And the meat? Let’s talk about that sad excuse for a patty. It didn’t even cover the whole bun. A full quarter of my sandwich was just dry, empty bread. That’s insulting.
I kindly asked for a little mayo and ketchup. I got a whisper of mayo. No ketchup. Couldn’t even taste a thing. Just dry, stale, tasteless disappointment between two pieces of cardboard masquerading as bread.
And here’s the kicker—no cheese. No flavor. No satisfaction. Just frustration. For $7.48, I was expecting at least a basic, decent sandwich. Instead, I walked away feeling completely robbed.
This is not how you treat your customers. This was lazy, cheap, and disrespectful. I won’t be back, and I’ll make sure nobody I care about wastes their time or money here either.
Forgot to mention that I ordered fresh French fries and as I could see fro. My car through the windows the Guy got fries already fried and refried them to give me as freshly done ✔️
