Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hollywood

I recently visited this Chipotle location and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff is severely understaffed and painfully slow. To make matters worse, some of the employees don't even understand English, which led to my concerns being ignored. I requested that the staff inform their manager about a homeless person in the parking lot who was harassing customers, but the worker I spoke with simply shrugged it off because she didn’t understand my request.

This lack of attention to safety is alarming. There was a homeless person loitering in the parking lot, acting erratically and threatening customers. At one point, this individual was hiding behind a parking spot, seemingly looking to cause trouble, possibly even damage cars. This behavior should not be tolerated, and it made me feel extremely unsafe. What if my car had been scratched or worse?

The cleanliness of the restaurant was also an issue. The place was a bit dirty, and it was clear they lacked sufficient staff to keep up with cleaning duties. The food itself was decent, but there were times when it seemed old. One of my burritos was a bit stale, which was disappointing.

The long lines are another problem. It’s one thing to have a popular spot, but the wait time here is excessive, especially given how slow the staff is. The food is decent, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Frankly, Bolay offers a much better experience, both in terms of food quality and service. e location needs serious improvement. This chipotle location need to hire more staff, improve their service speed, ensure all employees can communicate effectively, and, most importantly, address the safety concerns of their customers. Placed an order online for pick up, went into the store to pick up my order and I asked for a side of SHREDDED cheese (you know the free cheese that comes on your bowl with purchase). I was told by the cashier and the manger at the time Vicky/Vickie that a side of SHREDDED cheese cost extra. I order chipotle at least 3 times a week, multiple locations with the same EXCAT order and I have never encountered such an ignorant response as if I was at McDonald’s and asked for a an extra sauce because I have 20 nuggets. It’s not as if I asked for extra chicken, she said “well don’t you have cheese on your bowl?” Not really sure why that matters when I asked for an extra cup of SHREDDED cheese, or queso or anything that I know cost extra. I canceled my order, requested refund and threw the order in the trash. This location will never get my service again and I’ll be sure my co workers do the same. My next step is to contact Chipotle’s corporate office due to the lack of knowledge of management and if something cost extra there are no signs. But if chipotle is charging for a cup of SHREDDED cheese with my bowl then I know I won’t be the only customer they lose. Please do better at...

What a disgusting way to run a business first making costumers feel guilty for their mistakes, they ran out of bowls and were using kids bowls 2 new staff members getting talked in the middle of rush time by the manager because the portions, that's not their fault Ma'am they were trained to serve in oval bowls not in the rectangle with division TRAY! The manager took some meat out of my tray(bowl) but charged me double because the way she wrote it on the lid translated to a double meat and she NEVER communicated with the person in the register, I went back and asked for my receipt (was NOT in my bag) the manager gave me such an attitude, then she just pointed at the CC machine I am not a mind reader she was expecting me to know that her finger pointed at the CC machine means 👇 "Sir please introduce your CC in the machine the same CC that was used for the transaction that way we can reimburse your money" I did not get a polite apology she hate that her intentions of over charge me on to the miserable portions we are getting because she forgot to order enough adult size bowls.
