Cyber Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Dania Beach

My girlfriend and I have ordered from this place frequently for a long period of time and a few times they have gotten our order wrong (which can be expected because of how often we ordered) but they fixed it immediately and in a fair (occasionally more than fair) way. Tonight however was a different and awful experience. We've had our number of scary and/or inaccurate mistakes from Cyber but this really took the cake. My girlfriend ordered a cheeseburger with a side of fried mushrooms. The guy on the phone REPEATED BACK TO HER "Okay, cheeseburger, and fried mushrooms". The total was $13.72. After the order was delivered, I opened the bag, and to my disappointment, there was only a cheeseburger with mushrooms on top. Not at all what I ordered. I called them back to have someone pick up the phone (the same guy that always seems to be there at this hour) and tell me that I was charged a $3 delivery fee ( I live down the street from the place, less than a mile). So first of all... out of every time we ordered you never mentioned that you have a delivery fee? Doesn't every modern restaurant mention something like that? Then I find out he charged me $1.75 to put mushrooms on the burger. $1.75 for some mushrooms lazily thrown onto a burger ($1.75 isn't really a big deal but put into context of inflation that's batshit crazy)? Did these mushrooms sprout from the fecal matter of Jesus Christ himself? Moving on.. He tells me he will send the driver back but I have to pay for the fried mushrooms. Uhhh.. how about you cover the $1.75 you charged me your mistake at LEAST. It is almost 4 in the morning and I have to stay up later for you to fix your mistake when I just wanted to eat and go to bed but yet you want me to pay full price. I told him to forget about it and hung up the phone. Whatever. What's done is done and move on to the next day, right? Wrong. I take 4 bites of this burger (which has a soggy bottom bun as usual) and on the 4th bite I find between my teeth a long brownish piece of plastic (picture attached) and THAT is when I decided it's time to write a review and never order from this place again.

Advice to the owner: Stop being a greedy cuck and take care of your customers instead of trying to squeeze every dollar you can out of them. Also if that's you working at night, maybe stop being so cheap and hire someone who's got a clear head and won't mess up orders at night time so you can get some rest. Ha! This place is pathetic! Their food is actually decent though. Unfortunately I’ll NEVER enjoy their food again as I tried to pay with a debit card tonight and the cashier told me I had to pay a 10% surcharge because I wasn’t paying cash. He wasn’t just the cashier, he was the night manager.

Best part is, I work a late shift and this was my go to place to grab a pizza late night. I usually always pay cash, but tonight I only had my debit card and the genius charged me a 10% up charge on my order because I’m paying with a card. Keep your mediocre pizza you dirtbag. It’s obvious he wanted me to pay cash so he can avoid paying taxes on my sale. All ok I’m my book, screw the federal government and pay as little taxes as possible is what I say! His unspoken excuse to me was obviously that his card processing company charges him s few percent surcharge to process a card transaction. It’s also commion sense to know that no card processing company charges 10%.

Not here to tell you folks his food is bad, his food is great to say the least! But for a business owner in my neighborhood who employs people who don’t have legal working papers and who don’t pay taxes, and try and charge me 10% on my order for using my legal direct deposited bank account to pay for my order vs cash, is just plain wrong. 10%? Seriously? And here’s the kicker........Everytine I’m in there, the Hollywood Police Department has 2-4 of their “fine” law enforcement officers eating a late night snack at this place. Update: I ordered the Mediterranean pizza well done and it came completely cold and hardly cooked. Talking made yesterday cold. It was missing items I added to it. It is also nothing at all like the picture you see online (only real reason I ordered it). Not at all ordering from here anymore. My previous review was glowing but I can’t handle inconsistency. This round was worse than I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was legit something left over. The coldness was completely throughout (the dough was not good) like a refrigerator was storing it and they forgot to microwave it before delivering to me. The toppings were minimal. Sad to have to let a place I truly liked go. Here was my previous review: Living here for 3 1/2 years and a lot of people have said this place is pretty good. I gave it a try and order a large pizza. I like my pizza well done and they cooked it perfectly well done. Unfortunately that was the wrong toppings on my pizza and I called and they immediately responded to rectify the issue. The new pizza came and was additionally cooked perfect again with the correct toppings. And I greatly appreciate the customer service for responding to my small issue, yet important to me. The food came fast and tasted great. With so many pizza places around it’s hard to find one that you consistently like and I am confident this place will be my spot for pizza...
