Dunkin' — Restaurant in Danvers

I have stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts Numerous times to go through the drive-through, because I was short on time. There is one closer to my work that does not have a drive-through, that I normally go to. I will not be returning to this Dunkin donuts, because every time I order a medium iced dark roast with milk and two sugars, it comes out looking like a bunch of cream was dumped in it and tasting like water. Every couple weeks, I’ll go back and give it another chance but every time is bad. One time I even asked for more coffee to offset all the milk, and I know that they brought it back and dumped hot coffee into it. The cashier was irritated he had to fix it. The cashiers never give you a receipt or ask if you want one, so I’ve never been able to provide feedback via the survey. This Dunkin’ Donuts can never get my coffee right, when every other location can, and it is not even that difficult of an order. Been coming here for the past 4 months on my lunch break. first encounter “Maria” old lady with an attitude at the front made me wait 5 mins before taking my order just because i asked is anyone working up front. After that i started using the drive-thru to avoid Maria and her attitude Now at the drive thru window you got this little sweet-blonde lady who sometimes calls you “ Hunny bunny “ always saying thank you nice lady and all but she robs you. She wont give you, your coin change just your bills and proceed to drop the change in her tip cup without handing it back to you first and you making the decision to tip her. First time i saw it i let it slide its was like .28 cents eeh w.e second time she did it had me wondering how many customers does she do this too. so i told my coworkers about it and we all went through the drive-thru one by one she took all our change just giving us our bills back. Yikes. MANAGERS need to make more of an appearance here. I go to numerous dunks across North Shore and this is the worst one by far. Did Mobile drive thru pickup order. Ordered caramel craze signature latte and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese on it. I noticed at first there was no cinnamon sugar or caramel on my drink, but I thought whatever they’re probably busy and forgot the toppings, but it was all milk and not at all what I usually order. They put just a plain cold bagel uncut in a bag. I went back to the location and went inside to let them know I needed my order redone and no one wanted to acknowledge my existence. no other customers and it took 15 to 20 minutes before a lady redid my bagel and she had to ask someone three different times to please redo my latte.
