Thought we would drop in for some Italian Food our last day in Danvers MA. I was going to go with the Gnocchi but as soon as I saw Eggplant Rollentini on the menu, I HAD to try it. This delicious eggplant stuffed with spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, served with your choice of pasta will definitely fill you up!!! The Eggplant was sliced pretty thin but the stuffing made up for the lack of meat on the eggplant.

Getting into the place IS A NIGHTMARE!!! Basically 2 access points, 1 through a gas station entrance and the 2nd is basically on the onramp of the HIGHWAY!! Needless to say, we missed BOTH and entered the highway in the attempt to find the entrance to the Restaurant! We ALMOST said screw it, but decided to double back about 6 miles of clover leaf exits and entrances on to multiple roads, and FINALLY got into the cramped parking lot. THANK GOD the food was worth it!!

This is a Restaurant / Bar & Grill so don't think your coming to a fancy Italian restaurant. But the food is worth the trip.

PROS: Quality and Quantity of the food Staff was VERY friendly and had present the feel of being part of the family CONS: Access to the Restaurant.. THEY NEED MORE & BIGGER SIGNS ON THE ENTRANCES!!! Lack...

Wasn't a fan of Supinos. The resturaunt atmosphere wasn't very enjoyable. It was dark, and some of the lights kept turning on and off throughout our meal. They had a tv at each booth and ours was stuck on the Disney channel and no way to turn it off. The waitress seemed like she didnt really want to be there and wasn't a very tentive server. She gave us our meals and we all had empty drinks and was about to leave the table and my boyfriend asked for a refill for himself and the lady then seemed kind of annoyed and asked if anyone else wanted a refill. She also didn't take away and dirty dishes from our soup/salad/ or bread plates/ cups leaving no room on the table. The food wasnt very good. We got eggplant parm, Mac and cheese with steak and chicken in it and the rest of our family got chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs. None of it was good. The red sauce was very sweet and the mac and cheese tasted weird and we figured out it was because there was so much chopped garlic in it...not sure why you would put garlic in mac and cheese but it was pretty awful. The best part of the meal was the bread. Not sure if their pizza is better? We tried it, but next time we will try a...

I've been dining at Supino's for years. Family dinner events, dine-in with my husband, but most commonly, take-out (we're homebodies). They're always on point. The food is great, it's on time and hot and it's accurate. The staff is great. Very friendly always helpful.

Tonight, we ordered a couple of burgers and a chicken parm over spaghetti for take-out. When my husband got home with the food we realized the mistake. They had given us spaghetti and meatballs instead of the chicken parm. So I gave them a call

They couldn't have been nicer about it. They offered to not only fix the mistake but to deliver it without charge... which they did in no time at all! It was an honest mistake, no big deal. They fixed it.

I thought that was going above and beyond. I'm really impressed. I've been supporting this business for 20 years now and tonight confirmed why. Their customer service is second to none

Thanks Supino's! We appreciate your food and your business! Continue doing what you're doing and we'll keep ordering (specifically, your Chicken Broccoli and Tornelli. I didn't happen to order it tonight but it's amazing)!

If you haven't yet, give them a chance. They won't...

My friend and I arrived after 7:30. The restaurant had a very eclectic menu. The Italian/American Pub Fare is the best way to describe this restaurant. Does not look or feel Italian. The pizza though is excellent. A white pizza was ordered. Very thick crust, but properly baked. It would not be up Portnoy's Alley. My friend had a Cobb salad. It was chocked full. I saw a spear of asparagus! I had the jack tots. They were OK (7 out of 10). The tots were not crisp and clearly the toppings just thrown on and not well spread out. Oh! The bread rolls brought out with dipping oil was super (9.5/10). The rolls were fresh and perfectly chewy. I gave atmosphere kind of a lower score. The Keno and TVs on the wall is the basis. Personal preference as I feel it takes from the dining experience. I get it as a revenue stream...but... Anyways the food is the reason to go to this place. The server was great and funny. Food came out pretty well. The ice tea here was good too. The bill with 20% tip came to 64.42. The bill had the tip suggestions on the bottom of the receipt.

While the place was crazy and by crazy I mean the amount of people and how loud it was the food was most definitely worth it. Be careful when ordering though, as they start you of with the pizza bread and the portions are huge. We were a large party and were able to try a lot of different dishes and all were amazing. Or and the fact that we probably took a whole other meal with us to go, thats how much we had left over. The staff was a lost so that made it a bit more difficult, but they really tried and could be due to how busy they were.

I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart. For the amazing staff: Ariana, Kaitlyn, and Caroline, and the gentleman manager for all the support and best service you have provided us. Everybody made my son’s wedding perfect! If anybody is looking for a private event, this is definitely the place! The food is very clean and delicious, and the place is well organized and the staff are ready to help us, especially, they are very kind and friendly! Thank you so much for making my son’s wedding day special.
