Arby's — Restaurant in Danville

Where do they hire these rude people from...act like they hate working and always out of roast beef 1 1/2 to 2 hours from closing...and if they have it you'll wait still...unreal Edit: 2 months later gave Arby's Piney Forest Road another chance...tried three times this week a minimum of 2 1/2 -3 hours prior to closing and the same story..."I apologize, but can't take your order at this time...our system is down...tonight I asked them "again? What is it this time?..The person stumbled their words and finally came up with " Our system is down". Then immediately responded "if you can wait 5 minutes it'll be back up"...I said I will wait and no lie 2 seconds later took my order...STILL HAD TO PULL UP AND WAIT TOO LONG for my food and in the mean time watched more than a few vehicles come in parking lot and go through drive through and immediately left...must have told them "system was down"...Owner needs to check up on this...they are losing tons of money and...

I was on business in the Danville, VA area. As soon as I saw the old school, retro hat signage at this Arby's, I knew I would be unable to pass it by.

The ladies working the morning of 28 January 2025 were some of the nicest folks I have encountered in a while. I was in about 20 minutes before the lunch rush started.

Made me feel welcome like an old friend & a VIP, though I have never been there before.

My food was fresh, hot & tasty. I got the mozzarella sticks, small & a drink.

It was so good, I had to ring the bell on the way out! I had never rang the Arby's bell before at any location.

The store was clean, as was the bathroom. Well stocked in condiments & bathroom supplies.

I will stop there again next trip to...

Well this time I sit there for over an hour in the drive thru stopped to get my daughter some dinner cause she had to b at work at 6 by up there to order and was informed they had no tea that's the 2nd time this week they had no tea I asked y and she tells me that they ain't had time to make any but u gt plenty of time to walk around n play or text on the phone but I don't have time to make any tea. Ok we also stopped there a couple nites ago and after sitting there for at least 10 mins with another car behind me somebody opens the back door n says we r closed but it's nt even 10 so I just lost 2 sells maybe more because u closed earlier than u was supposed to. By the way this the Arbys on Piney Forest Rd. They really need to get...
