I just had the craziest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I had 2 orders the first order was just a quarter pounder. The next order they charged me for another quarter pounder plus the things I actually ordered. When I called and told the manager that they accidentally charged me she told me it was my fault for not checking. I told her I just got home and she told me there is nothing she can do. I drive the quarter pounder back up there and the receipts and said can I get a refund for this I didn't order it. She told me no and that it was my fault. At this point I'm and and wondering if this chick is serious. I asked the dude at the register working there if he would be upset if he was me and he said yes just to make sure I wasn't the only one who'd be upset if they were charged for something they didn't order. She finally gave me my refund but told me if they charged me again for something I didn't order that I would not get a refund at which point I told her yes you will you cannot just push buttons and charge people for whatever you want. It was definitely a accident and I was in the moment so of course I said what all of us do this job is not that hard but people make mistakes so I apologize for saying that I was just ticked off at the time and taken back. Read moreI was ordering outside curbside and was waiting for a small order and a car comes and and leaves and comes back to an employee bringing out his order before mine, I got impatient . I was like hey excuse me what about my order? I was a little irritated but the employee gives me the bird with a straight up finger and I jump out the car asking his name . Well the manager heard the commotion and professionally and calmly cooled me down and sent the employee to the back. She came back out and made me feel appreciated and her general concern about the interaction really impressed me and made me write her a commendation for dealing with me being a hot head reacting to a child doing childs play. I wish I got the managers name because she deserves a standing ovation and in a hot headed moment in the store she kept her cool exceptionally well and showed shes the one for the job. Read moreThis review deserves less than one star. You will not believe what I witnessed this afternoon, 2-22-17 @ approx. 4:40pm. I was at the drive thru window waiting on my order, as the cashier was busy taking another order. The MANAGER, Jenny (who I later asked the cashier), appeared to be what confused, over several large size drinks (about 5 or 6) all sitting on the counter. She picked up one of the drinks, took the lid off and TOOK A SIP, then replaced the lid and left it sitting there on the same counter. She then took the lid off of a a second drink brought it up to her face and it looked as if she just smelled this drink. Took another and proceed to help the indoor customers. I'm guessing she was not sure if the drinks were Coke, Root Beer, Diet or Tea. I was so flabbergasted at what I saw, I became nauseous to say the least. You would certainly think a Manager would know better to NOT put a cup that she put her lips on etc..back in the rotation to be served to one the customers in the drive thru...
